And the best part? You can do it all without needing to rent a car. With easy access to public transportation and a walkable neighborhood, getting around couldn't be easier.

Our condo is just a 13-minute walk from the Belmont L station, which will take you to Downtown Chicago in just 15 minutes on the Red or Brown line. But there's plenty to explore within walking distance too, from trendy restaurants to local boutiques.

And when you're ready to head further afield, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are always available.

Traveling to Chicago by plane? We're just a 30-minute drive from O'Hare International Airport, or you can take public transit for a more affordable option. Just hop on the Blue line and transfer to the #77 bus, which will drop you off just a few minutes from our door.

In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
