Casa Dena est une nouvelle maison en front de mer de 4000 pieds carrés à Paraiso Tankah avec piscine privée, terrasses spacieuses et balcons. Cette luxueuse maison de 4 chambres à coucher vous offrira l'une des meilleures vacances de la Riviera Maya.

La piscine à cascade récemment restaurée (juillet 2018) en face de la maison vous offre un espace de détente pour vous aménager ou vous tenir au frais, tout en profitant des images et des sons de la jungle environnante. En face de la piscine, vous trouverez un espace barbecue où vous pourrez préparer votre repas comme bon vous semble, avec un gril à gaz facile à utiliser et beaucoup de comptoir.

La grande cuisine en granit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos plats préférés, ou laissez Armando et Daisy, nos cuisiniers en vie, vous préparer certains de leurs meilleurs plats. Nous vous suggérons d'utiliser l'épicerie Riviera Maya et d'avoir votre réfrigérateur bien approvisionné à votre arrivée. Profitez des boissons gratuites, du guacamole et de la salsa préparées pour votre arrivée et explorez votre nouveau chez-vous.

Le salon a été conçu pour s’intégrer à la cuisine et à la salle à manger, permettant ainsi à tous les participants de converser dans la maison. La salle à manger peut accueillir huit personnes, avec six sièges supplémentaires autour du grand îlot de cuisine ou, si vous préférez, emportez votre repas sur la terrasse et profitez de la brise de l'océan.

Casa Dena dispose de trois suites Master avec chacune un lit king size. La chambre 4 dispose de deux lits doubles pour les grands groupes ou constitue une grande pièce pour les enfants, avec beaucoup d’espace supplémentaire pour installer le matelas gonflable ou notre berceau portable (disponible sur demande). Toutes les chambres sont climatisées, avec des bains privés en marbre et de grands balcons avec vue complète sur l'océan.

Il est facile de se détendre à la Casa Dena avec plusieurs chaises longues situées près de la piscine et de la plage. Un grand Palapa sur la plage offre beaucoup d’ombre pour faire la sieste dans l’un des hamacs colorés. Sur le toit, nous avons conçu un magnifique coin salon pour regarder le lever du soleil, travailler votre bronzage, observer les étoiles ou organiser une fête sur le toit.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Caretakers awesome and communication with owners also great. Nice layout for big group. Only downside was that it was a bit far out of town so you definitely need a car or plan on paying a bit for taxis.

Summer vacation

Casa Dena felt like home away. It was great for both the kids and adults. We were able to make our own food and also utilize Armando and Daisy to make us delicious food. The ocean breeze/ front was the highlight for me!

Relaxing

We loved staying at Casa Dena. It was a perfect house with everything you would need. Walking straight onto the beach from the back door was the best. We all enjoyed so much. We will definitely try to go back again.

Paradise at it’s finest!

This was an amazing vacation! The home has a great flow, it is spacious, clean, great private location, and the view is to die for! The staff was wonderful and their cooking will blow you away. The Cenote (spring) is within walking distance, and small boutique hotels on the same street have awesome restaurants. You will not be disappointed!!

Seclusion on the beach

Property is great. Only has A/C in the bedrooms but you didn't need it in the house with the cool breeze. Private beach was great. We had massages in house and on the deck. Kitchen was well equipped. Casa Cenote was just down the road and was amazing. Great restaurants on that road as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Time, Great Value

Great place for 4 couples--good private and shared spaces. Loved being on the roof and eating breakfast outside. Enjoyed walking the beach & the hammocks on the beach. Very clean, felt very safe. And found a great restaurant down the road at the Alea Hotel. DEFINITELY need a car here, as most cool spots are 30-45+ min away. Would suggest better quality on towels and linens, and more hanging hooks in bathrooms. Quality of chef cooked meals was OK, but nothing special.

Great experience!

Everything was amazing!!! The house was a perfect size for a group trip of 7 adults. We went for a bday celebration and it was the most relaxing and fun trip ever. Armando and Daisy were absolutely amazing and attended to every need, they also kept the house clean while we were gone. We also payed the additional cost to have them cook for us, which was absolutely delicious. The power did go out at one point, which was mentioned in our welcome packet, but it was only out for a few hours and the pool and open doors and floor plan kept us perfectly cool. Highly recommend. And the location is only a short drive from downtown, which we rented a car and highly recommend that as well. Beautiful location!

A diamond in the rough!

I was extremely pleased with the beautiful view and the outstanding hospitality shown by Armando and Daisy. We felt as though they were family after the first day. They were gracious hosts and attended to every need. We opted for meals to be prepared and they did not disappoint. Daisy was excellent with the children and they grew attached to her. My grandson would wake up and ask for Daisy and Armando. The property managers were excellent as well. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and it was very much appreciated. Beautiful home and excellent service

Casa Dena is a lovely home that was a perfect way to spend time with friends for our 60th birthdays. It is located right on the beach, where we sat and watched the waves for hours on end. The home is well-appointed, with ocean views from every room. The caretakers, Armando and Daisy, were extremely attentive and prepared delicious meals for us. We felt like queens! The only reason I gave the property four stars is because there was an intermittent problem with the electricity throughout our stay, resulting in a lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and poor sleep. This issue was out of their control, as the entire area was being affected, but it did put a damper of our experience. There was a generator available and this was helpful, but could only be used a few hours a day and did not power the air conditioners. Communication and responsiveness from the hosts were excellent. We especially appreciated that they provided us with a partial refund without hesitation. I highly recommend this property for your trip to Tulum. Just check with them to ensure the area is no longer having problems with the electricity and it will be absolutely perfect!

Tulum trip

I had a very great stay and the staff at casa Dena went above and beyond to make sure my stay was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend getting a few meals cooked because Armando is a fabulous chef! When you are arriving just know u drive far down passed the cenote. I had a little problem finding the place at first but with that note I think you will find it as u are driving through! The owner Steve was quick to respond when I couldn’t find it which was very helpful! Overall I would stay there again! Very clean and spacious!

Gorgeous and relaxing

The entire family loved this vacation and especially the house. It’s so beautiful inside and out. Armando even rakes and straightens the sand out back so everywhere you look is pristine. He and Daisy are amazing cooks so I would recommend having them cook for you more than going out to eat. The location of the house is great. It’s close to Tulum but away from it all so you get the best of both worlds and are just a drive away from many Mayan ruins. The slightest bit of negative is the road to the house is a dirt road with some pot holes and while we were there the main road in Tulum was being expanded so traffic in town was slow and dusty. But if you just stay in the beautiful home you don’t have to worry about that part anyway. 😉

Wonderful relaxing experience. The beach was a little difficult for the kids to navigate and they were not able to swim in front of the house. Staff was great. Not too much nearby as far as restaurants and shopping.

Heaven on the beach North do Tulum

The location was perfect (outside of Tulum and Akumal). No crowds on the beach, with a quiet neighborhood. Several restaurants and a beautiful cenote within walking distance. The house is spacious and very comfortable and spotless. The beds and linens were great. Though there were mini-split ACs in each bedroom, I didn’t need to use one, as the windows allow wonderful ventilation. The fresh water pool was nice for a dip after snorkeling. The couple, who take care of the house, Armando and Daisy, are incredible! They cooked us several fabulous meals, and did some grocery shopping for us. They are a charming competent couple, who were the icing on the cake! They even tolerated my poor Spanish. I highly recommend Casa Dena and look forward to returning.

Great time

Went to Tulum to celebrate my 40th and had an amazing time. Armando and Daisy made our stay even that more enjoyable. They made us a delicious breakfast everyday and for 2 night they made dinner. You have to try the fish and the cochinita pibil - just delicious! The property is fantastic - I just wish the beach wasn’t so rocky hard to get in but still beautiful. Having AC in all the bedrooms made all the difference. The beds are extremely comfortable and the property is well maintained. About 10 min from town via car.

Perfect family getaway

This is a beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are kept beautiful and clean. Armando and daisy do a great job. We wished we could have used them more for cooking dinners but we went a little crazy before arriving at sams, also our family enjoyed our bonding as someone grilled, prepped, bartendedWe all came together. It was unfortunate the we couldn’t enjoy the beaches because of the seaweed issues affecting the whole area. Only recommendation to the owner would be to invest in air condition for living space area. There is a nice breeze that usually comes thru but, the humidity does not at all. Maybe we were there at the warmest time but wow did we sweat. With that being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and family vacation at casa dena.

We loved this home. Very personal with privacy and everything you could need. So many little touches from the live on wonderful staff. They care about the area and show that in how seriously they take care of everything down to small details. Couldn’t ask for more.

Amazing home

The home was perfect for our large group. We also had Daisy and Armondo cook for us and it was terrific. The whole snapper was the best! Even my 2 year old ate almost a whole fish himself. We also walked to Chamico’s and it was great. We rented a car and drove to most places, but you can walk to Solomon Bay. I snorkeled in both bays and Cenote Manati. We saw Poncho, the crocodile, that lives there. There are a ton of fish in both bays and it’s really nice snorkeling. We ate at Casa Cenote across the steet from the cenote several times and it was always good. We celebrated a birthday at Blue Sky Hotel and Restaurant and it was unbelievable. All the food is so affordable and fresh. The views from the house are amazing, however we did not get into the ocean directly in front of the home, but it’s a short walk to Soliman bay as the home sits right on the point between the two bays. Overall, everything was perfect and super easy.

Fantastic Holiday

Case Dena is a beautiful, spacious well equipt house in a stunning location. The house keeper and caretaker make the holiday carefree, as they are so helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them. The birds and wildlife on the beach are incredible, we are missing the skeins of pelicans flying over, now we are home. There is so much to do in the area including the ruins at Tulum and Coba nearby and Chichen Itza 2 hours away also the stunning wild Sian Ka'an. A fantastic memorable holiday!

A wonderful holiday vacation for 8 people !

Beautiful house on the ocean. Armando and Daisy were terrific and the dinners they prepared delicious. Explored the cenotes and snorkeled. Great fun had by all! Thank you

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our family built Casa Dena to set right on the beach between two beautiful bays on the Caribbean Sea. The views are spectacular whether looking out over the water or looking out into the vast green jungle across the road. We are situated along an area that gets very little vehicle traffic on our road and little foot traffic along our beach which makes your stay very private and relaxing. During the season you can see turtles nesting on the beaches along with tropical birds and iguanas all around. Snorkeling in either bay is awesome and within easy walking distance. Casa Dena is situated perfectly to be able to explore many of the small towns and attractions that are located all along the Riviera Maya. We wanted to build something unique and special for our family and to be able to share with friends and guests. We think you will agree!
