Jason was wonderful to work with

House is in great location of Mooresville. All bedrooms were good size and almost felt as a home away from home. When we needed anything Jason responded immediately and helped us out.

safe neighborhood

Nice house in a family neighborhood. All the bedrooms are upstairs. Some repairs were needed. Kitchen did not have appliances (mixer, blender, etc) - broken toaster. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Thank you for your review, Carol. We are glad your family enjoyed their stay! Regarding the “repairs needed”, our plumber was already scheduled to come replace the flapper in the toilet. Our cleaners noticed it while they were cleaning and we quickly scheduled our plumber. He came before you was even scheduled to check in. We allowed you to check in early and informed you about the previously scheduled repair which was complete before your expected arrival. We don’t have a blender or mixer advertised as being in the house, but we are glad to make that change and would have brought you one if you’d have asked! We checked the toaster and it does work, but you just have to plug it in. We just bought that toaster last month. We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a great day!

Spacious family friendly

My family stayed here for 5 nights. Location and check-in we're great. The house was easy to find and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The furniture and decor was minimalistic which worked well for limiting what our kids could get into. The yard was nice a large however the fence was broken so a small child or dog can easily get out. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had the essential cookware/utensils, and the appliances (including washer/dryer) seemed new. The carpet was stained and there was hair on the toilets/tub but after we gave the bathrooms a wipe down it was much better. Jason was very quick and responsive and very easy to work with.

Plenty of room and good location

House is in a pretty good location with proximity to lake Norman, while still being within ½ hour of downtown Charlotte. Jason was very responsive with all communication and checked in on us throughout the weekend. We brought up the desire for more kitchen supplies and bathroom linens & essentials that are normally found in house rentals (salt/pepper, spices, extra washclothes, soap/shampoo, etc.) and he said that would be something they’d consider to improve upon. We made it work but just verify what is available before you go so you know how to best prepare for your stay. House could use a few repairs and tlc to take it to the next level but it suited our needs well for the long weekend we were there.

Spacious and Welcoming

Rented this property this weekend. The house was very clean. The pictures posted were accurate. The host was very nice and accommodating. 5 guests and we were able to spread out and relax. I would rent this property again.

Beautiful home

First off Jason was so easy to get ahold of and talk to when we thought we would be early for our check in. The house was perfect! It had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. The kids definitely enjoyed the big back yard and the games he had for them. If you are looking for a family home to vacation at this would be perfect. Thanks Jason for everything.

Perfect place for us.

The house was very clean and the perfect location for us. We were visiting for a wedding and took an extra day to visit Carowinds. We live near Cedar Point so it was nice to visit another park. The couple questions we had were answered very timely. We would definitely visit again.
