This 4 Bedroom 3 Bath beach house is situated in North Litchfield and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach house boasts a spacious living room with a large plush corner couch, fireplace, and flatscreen tv – perfect for resting up after a long day on the beach, golfing or shopping around town. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and formal dining room with french doors to the large outdoor deck.

Bedding Setup is as follows:

Master Bedroom – 1 King
Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen
Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen
Bedroom 4 – 2 Double
Loft Area – Queen Sleeper Sofa
A Someplace Special requires a minimum of 3-Night stays all year long with a max Occupancy of 10 people.

Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. No smoking

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire house.

An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks™.
