Off the first floor entrance is the second living room with a large flat screen TV and space for everyone to hang out off the two bedrooms downstairs. The king master bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom (shower only) and a private screened in front porch with a swing overlooking shaded park like views, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The second bedroom downstairs features two twin beds. Off of the living room and bedrooms is an additional full bathroom with a shower only. Not enough room? The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for sleeping young children, perfect for young families!

Upstairs to the second floor and there is a recently renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a large double door refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and art glass pendant lighting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the preferred open floor plan with dining and an additional living area. The living area has a flat screen TV and the dining area comfortably seats six. Off the living area is a screened in second floor porch with Adirondack seating for four with very private park like views, the perfect outdoor spot for an evening nightcap. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and features a queen bed, a large mounted flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Up the stairs to the favorite third floor enclosed and open air tower. There is an indoor closed tower with seating for three the perfect escape to read a book on rainy days. Step outside onto the tower deck and enjoy breezes, Adirondack bar seating for four, and enjoy the gulf views and the most stunning Seaside Florida sunsets.
