Newly renovated 4BR/4BA GulfFront Condo w/ 2 Master Suites with King Beds and Extra-Large Balcony
âA Wave From It All PCBâ is a spectacular 4BR/4BA corner unit offering breathtaking views from the massive 480 sq. ft. balcony, one of the largest in NW Florida. We are within a few miles of all of Panama City Beach's finest attractions - Pier Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, exhibits at Wonderworks, Mini-golf, Shipwreck Island Water Park, amazing restaurants, shopping, etc.
Our condo is newly purchased and remodeled with new furniture, new stainless appliances, new mattresses, new flooring, new TVs, new linens, new outdoor furniture, etc.
From our beachfront deck, you can enjoy the most beautiful gulf views and amazing sunsets in Panama City Beach. Our large outdoor living space/balcony is 480 sq. ft. and includes a lounging area with two chaise loungers and two rocking chairs, a six-person dining area, and a sitting area with a loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table.
Our corner unit is a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo that accommodates up to 8 adults and 4 children. Two bedrooms are generous ensuite Masters each with direct access to the large beachfront balcony (each sleeps 2). The 3rd room has a Queen bed and one twin over twin bunk (sleeps 4) with a private bath. And, the 4th room is a bunk room with one full over full bunk and one twin over twin bunk (sleeps 4) with a private bath.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with newly updated stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space. Dine indoors at the table for eight, or on the balcony with an outdoor table for six. You can also enjoy grilling delicious steaks and seafood on the gas grills located in the picnic areas by the pool.
We have one free reserved covered parking spot, free high-speed WiFi, 4K smart TVs in both master bedrooms and living room, and smart TVs in the other two rooms.

There is a gulf-front indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the winter months) and hot tub.
IMPORTANT PARKING INFOâ We have ONE reserved parking space in the covered garage for your convenience. And, one additional spot that is first-come-first-serve in the overflow parking lot across the street. PLEASE NOTE our reserved spot is a very tight space and anything such as a large SUV or truck would find it difficult to navigate and would need to park in the overflow lot. If you have more than two vehicles and/or there is no availability in the overflow lot, there is a public parking lot next to the overflow lot that you can use for $6 per day. We are happy to reimburse one vehicle per day in the pay lot, just send us your receipt.
THIS IS A FAMILY RESORT AND DOES NOT ALLOW PARTY GROUPS.
ANYONE BOOKING MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD AND STAY IN THE UNIT DURING THE RESERVATION.

In addition to 1,650+ sq. ft. of inside living area, our condo also has 480 sq. ft. of outdoor living area which includes outdoor dining, lounging, and sitting areas overlooking the gulf with amazing sunrise and sunset views.
