Highlights include a custom-built 12-person dining table, a striking art piece crafted from gorgeous local teak wood. The terrace also features four lounge chairs, two hammocks, a comfortable sofa, and a swing bench, making sunbathing and relaxation a truly sumptuous experience at Casa Mono Montaña.
The outdoor dining area, equipped with a teak table and grill, is seamlessly connected to the indoor kitchen through double doors, enabling easy indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. A 20’ x 13’ pool, 5 feet deep, sits prominently on the terrace, offering a perfect spot to cool off and enjoy the stunning scenery. From this elevated perch, you can watch the boats return to the marina as the sun sets.
The first floor also includes a roof-covered outdoor terrace with a 6-person jacuzzi and a teak dining table. With a separate private entrance, this level is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking additional privacy while enjoying communal spaces upstairs.
