Bedroom Bermuda Bay townhouse, 2.5 bath, 3 balconies all the amenities. Great view of the Gulf of Mexico off the balcony, gorgeous sandy beach, fantastic sunsets. Large flat screen tv, wifi internet, updated kitchen, King bed in main bedroom. Beach is right across the street, miles of white sand to walk along, beach chairs provided in the unit. See the pictures to truly appreciate all this unit has to offer. Please note this is not a pet friendly unit and it has stairs. This unit has a two car garage, plenty of storage area in the garage.

Best spring break vacation!!

We loved our stay! Location was very close to shops and restaurants and east beach access. Townhouse was loaded with all of the things we needed until we could get to the store. Loved the different balcony options as well. Plenty of space for us and three of our kids. Loved our stay!!

First time stay on AMI

Great experience and perfect location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and can't beat the beach view and access! Plenty of space for our group of five. Rich was very responsive to any questions presented prior to checking in. Highly recommend this condo/AMI.

Bradenton Beach townhouse

A great property with a wonderful location. The property is beautiful just as shown in the listing. The only real negative is the road noise when on the deck and while sleeping in the master bedroom. All that being said we would love to return.

Bradenton Beach

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 4 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 9) in our group, and we had plenty of space to live for a week. The condo was very clean, and the decor was beautiful and beachy. We accessed the beach at the public access point right across the street. Restaurants and shops were all nearby within walking distance. The unit has a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay there again.

Ocean Views and Family Fun

This is our second time staying in Bermuda Bay Club but our first in this property. It was very clean, updated bathrooms and floors, the beds were very comfortable and they had great blinds for blocking out light! We were short on pots and right away Richard took care of it. My only issue was that the owner had their vehicle parked in the garge so we could not park out of the sun. Being able to see the ocean from both decks made this place so perfect! I will definitely stay in this unit again.

Nice Condo

The Condo was big enough to accommodate 4 people, and no one felt on top of each other. The location was great, across the street from the beach and located near food stores and restaurants. There was plenty of beach accessories, but I had to buy (and left there) an umbrella for the next guests. One thing we feel should be replaced is the Frying Pans, they were very pitted and most of the Teflon coating was gone. Also, Check Out was 10:00 am, but the Cleaning People knocked on the door to try to get in at 9:15am. It's amazing how much traffic goes up and down the road all night, so if you are a lite sleeper you may want to consider this, but we realize this is not the owners fault. We washed all the linens, as required for the check-out, we have never been asked to do that before in any rental and we bought detergent and dryer sheets that we left there. Other them these few things, that we dealt with, it is a very nice Condo.

Anthony thank you for your stay, it is gorgeous unit, with a great view many updates in the unit, I will let the Owner know who will be down shortly to look into new pots and pans, of which I am sure they will do. Yes check out is 10:00 am and some guests do leave early so the cleaning crews will check to see if they can get started, allot to do prior to next guest arrival, note you do not have to leave till 10:00 am and cleaners will start when you depart. Appreciate very much doing the load of towels, the six hour window between guest does not leave much time to get loads of laundry done, so just throwing the towels in wash really helps. It is an absolutely beautiful location with a view of the Gulf, and beach just across the road.

Family Vacation

Had a great time staying here. WI-FI worked great for those working remotely. Loved the balcony with view of the ocean. We used the pool in the am and walked across the street to the ocean in the afternoon. The beach wagon worked great for taking everything to the beach. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked for cooking, property grill was awesome. Close to restaurants, ice cream and bars! Would definitely stay here again!
