Great location

Cute little house located close to Cuyahoga Valley and lakes for kayaking. Great communication with the host. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy and soft. Everything we needed for a week visit.

Quaint little cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here in the quaint little cottage. It was clean and as described. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very gracious.

Family Celebration

The home is adorable and PERFECT for my husband and I. We were up for my Mom’s Celebration of Life, which is not always easy. The home was everything that was presented online and a quick walk to the Square. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic cottage

This place is so cute. Everything is just as pictured. the bed was comfortable, and the little extras the left for us just made it special. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice cozy house within walking distance to the square. The kitchen was nice and convenient. Everything was well stocked a appreciated the washer and dryer.

Cute little place, will stay again!

I work in Akron, about 20 minutes away, and decided to get this house instead of a hotel. It was amazing! It was nice to have my own space, cheaper than a hotel, cozier, and in a cute downtown area. Everything was clean and exactly what I was expecting. Comfy bed, I slept great! I will definitely stay here again when I have to travel in!

Cozy is the right word to describe this property! It is so relaxing and peaceful -- located in a perfect walking distance to downtown Medina, it offers comfort and convenience. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the kitchen & bathroom have everything you need. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the backyard and watching the fireflies and deer stroll by. Wonderful place to stay, and we'll definitely book again the next time we're in Medina

Our Stay in Medina

The house was cute and had what we needed. The only problem was that after a day or so, hordes of tiny ants appeared in the bathroom and kitchen.

Cozy home

They call it “ cozy home” and that’s exactly what it is! Added touches of Halloween candy, a bottle of wine, “SpookyMedina” book to read and cute decorations made us feel welcomed! Very convenient location to get tocharming downtown Medina. House was clean and well stocked kitchen! Can’t wait to stay again!

This is NOT a non smoking house. They literally invite you to smoke by providing a cigarette cup outside the front door. Non smoking would mean no smoking on the premises. When we got there all we could smell was cigarette smoke. I reported it right away with a message to the host.That didn't go well, sadly. They were nice at first and offered a refund if I left to stay somewhere else. But there was no where else to go. I accepted it, let it go and just used air freshener. The messages I got after were more defensive and argumentative. They claim no one has smoked inside the house. But if they are smoking right outside the front door of a very small place, that smell sticks. Not a 5 star stay at all. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I have stayed at many rentals and have never had a bad experience like this. I was shocked.

Cozy, welcoming place

This cozy place was just what we needed while visiting family nearby. My husband, teen son and I stayed there. The place had all we needed for quick meals. Looked like it had everything one would need for full on cooking and grilling, we just didn’t have time for that. The TVs in the two spaces were a nice feature and being able to throw in a load of wash was super helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we are in town.

Cozy Comfort

We lived in Medina twenty years ago and came to visit old friends. This was the perfect location...easy walk to the beautiful town square and close to all of our friends. The house was small and cozy (just as advertised) and came with everything we desired (including a nice bottle of wine). Check-in/Checkout was easy, and the hosts kept in touch via text throughout our stay. If we ever return to Medina, we'll stay here again.

Perfect Place for Us

This is the perfect stay for us in Medina. It is close to our granddaughters and the Medina square. The house is clean and cozy. It is well renovated and comfortable. As we had cold days, we appreciated the heat! Shower was hot and, like everything else, clean. I probably ate too much of the candy, but it was a vacation!!! Check in and out was easy and hosts easy to communicate with! Many thanks.

Worked out perfect for a couple

Owners have done an excellent job putting themselves in the shoes of the guests. Everything needed for a short stay was provided including coffee and sundries. The washer and dryer worked perfectly! Communications were proactive and efficient although once there we did not need anything. All good.

Good stay

This is certainly a cozy small house - 2 adults and 1 child fit comfortably. The listing says it sleeps 4, but I don’t think that would be a comfortable overnight stay. Amenities provided were good, facilities and appliances worked well. The location was on a busy road, with a surprising amount of big trucks, so heard a lot of the road noise and trains going by. Pretty easy to get into and out of. Overall a good property and stay.

My husband and I go to Ohio often to visit family. We used to rent a hotel room but decided to try this house for the week. This was way more than we expected. The house has EVERYTHING you can need!!! We were able to cook meals, relax, SLEEP (which we both needed). The house was cozy so we were able to finally relax and take time to ourselves. The neighbors were so nice. The people that own the property were so nice and on top of everything. The backyard was amazing and the deer passing by made it more calming. We will always rent this spot every time we go back there.
