This wonderful lakefront home has a swim dock and a free flow floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. Wifi throughout. Equipped with smart tvs with streaming. New deck with patio tables and charcoal grill. Fire pit. Includes indoor board, putt putt and card games.

The main level boasts a remodeled kitchen with a stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink, granite countertops, and coffeemaker. The kitchen table seats up to 8. The kitchen flows into the living room, which has an electric leather couch, two chairs and an adjustable wall mounted 55" tv with streaming. The living room has a sliding glass door that overlooks the lake and leads to the weathproof deck. The main level has two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and 32" tv with streaming and the other has a bunk bed with a full bed on top and a queen bed on the bottom. The bathroom is off the kitchen between the bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combination.

Stairs on the main level lead to the upper loft area which has space for a queen air mattress (which can be provided upon request--please ask at the time of booking), a large desk, and a bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and 32" tv with streaming.

The downstairs area has a living room with tv with streaming, a pub table and a sofabed (full size), a bedroom with a King bed and 40" tv with streaming, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage area complete with a new washer and dryer for guest use.

Jennifer and Brad live in Lake Ozark, and strive to meet reasonable needs.

The home is in a neighborhood in the heart of Osage Beach down the road from Lazy Days condominiums and the Harley Davidson dealership. It is minutes away from shopping, restaurants (both water and land), Bagnall Dam, the Strip, state parks, golf courses, and much more.

The home features a large driveway. Please see the photos. Uber, Lyft and taxis usually are available. No trailer parking is available.

Must be 25 to rent. Will consider renting to younger guests who are at least 21 and responsible. Please message us.

Renter is required to accept the listing terms/House Rental Agreement before check-in containing standard rental terms such as limiting the number of guests to the amount stated in the reservation (which may not under any circumstances be more than 12) accepting responsibility for leaving the property in the same condition as on arrival or being subject to additional charges, accepting liability for damages exceeding the damages deposit/insurance limit (if applicable), holding Lessor and Owner harmless from any liability for personal injuries or property damage to Renter and any person Renter allows on the premises. NO PETS. NO TRAILER PARKING ON PREMISES. NO TRESPASSING ON NEIGHBOR’s DRIVEWAY. Renter also accepts all house rules, must provide names and ages of persons occupying the premises during rental, warrants that Renter is at least 25 years old (or the age that has been pre-approved) and will be on the premises throughout the entire reservation. Renter and occupants may be immediately evicted without refund for any illegal act, for disrupting the neighbors, or damaging the premises. Security cameras may be on premises. No sitting on deck railings. Use of premises, dock, and swim platform, and swimming is strictly at the risk of the user. NO DIVING off dock.

Check in information is sent after the completed rental agreement is received. Self check in with a door code.
