This home offers 2 King rooms, 1 Queen room, 2 small loft rooms with twin beds and a loft overlooking the ocean with a full over a full bunkbed. This home has plenty of parking and offers great views of not only the Ocean but the waterpark as well. You are within walking distance to the pools and the recreation building.

This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week and $550 per week for an additional Limo golf cart; This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is permitted to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.

FYI - THE CLEANING FEE YOU PAY TO STAY IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS FOR SANITIZING AND BASIC CLEANING WHEN YOU DEPART, NOT FOR THROWING FOOD AND TRASH EVERYWHERE OR DEFECATING AND URINATING SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE TOILET.

Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool, water park including Lazy River, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These fees are separate from our fees and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. **Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.

Amazing

This house was perfect. Great location with roomy parking. Some places in the camp are very hard to park at. The view is beautiful. The house was super clean with bedding wrapped in packing so you know the sheets are clean. The host went above and beyond. We accidentally left clothes in the dryer and they mailed them back to us. Oceanlake homes are right on top of each other. This house is on the corner and has plenty of space. The deck has lounge chairs, several different seating areas and a grill. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking like plates, pots, coffee maker, silverware, baking pans, etc. If you have never stayed in Oceanlakes this is the house to choose. The grocery store, pool, arcade, and coffee/icecream place are just a few steps away. The beach is just across the street. I am excited to stay here again. There are no gripes, it's an excellent rental.

Amazing Home

This home was everything we expected and MORE! My family took another 1st time to MB and OL family to this amazing house. We had an absolute amazing time. Not only did we not need to use the golf cart because we were less than 5 minute walk to the beach and waterpark. Even though this home is not "oceanfront" it has a beautiful location for the sunrise in the morning. The house smelled amazing and was very clean. Any questions we had about the property was answered very quickly. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking. Thank you for the awesome hospitality! We will definitely look to rent here again!

Great stay!

We had a great long weekend! There was plenty of room for our whole family, so close to the beach and the pool, great ocean view! There were some things that need some updates but nothing that prevented us from having a good time. We weren’t told about a few things that would have been helpful to know before hand but Beth was very quick to reply when we asked questions! Especially loved having a golf cart included! We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

Our stay was awesome!! We absolutely love this home and the location of it. The booking, check-in and check-out process was amazing and easy. We will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Beautiful home and perfect location!

*Easy process *Very attentive to emails *Very clean *Excellent location We had a very pleasant time until my daughter had to have an emergency appendectomy. Great getaway

The house was amazing!! The kids enjoyed all amenities in the park. I didn't like how crowded it was. The property itself was magnificent. Great ocean views. Calm mornings. everything we needed was there.
