Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect for a few days. Stay in Branson very clean and had all the amenities needed. The front and back porch are perfect to enjoy your morning cup of coffee!!

Very nice stay

The property was very nice and clean. This space worked perfect for our family of 6 with 4 adults and 2 kids. We were thankful this property had a washer and dryer, towels, all kitchen items, Tvs with Netflix and Wi-Fi…it has everything u would need. Easy check-in and the owner was helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely come back!

Loved this condo!

This condo was great. The little things, such as a lamp in the room with the bunk beds (our son sleeps with a lamp on) and a fan (mom and dad need the fan noise to sleep), make a huge difference. The mattresses were comfortable, too! We will try to book this unit again the next time we go to Branson.

Quaint little place-best sleep away from home!!

We booked this stay very last minute for a little get away for our family. This unit is the top floor but you have 1 set of stairs to climb-no elevator. The home has a Google device to help power on lights and give you reminders. This is a nice added touch. The master King sized bed was one of the best! Usually I sleep horribly on the first night away from home but not this time! My son lived the mattress on the top bunk. The tvs are smart tvs and so we had access to that. The place was clean and had everything we could want. I would gladly stay here again and again!!

This is our 3rd time staying with the Sinwells. So comfy and cozy. Everything we need. I love being on the top floor of this building for this unit. Just a few steps up to this level (2nd floor is walk-in so you walk up to 3rd floor and down to 1st floor.)Beds are comfy. Floors are clean. All the things we need are there. Cannot recommend enough!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Notch Estates is the perfect place to stay in Branson. It’s a quiet community located minutes from Silver Dollar City and other attractions. My family and I have stayed at two different properties within Notch Estates and both have been amazing!!

October Retreat

The property was clean and comfortable. It was great to have king beds in both bedrooms. Well-stocked and cozy. We especially enjoyed the electric fireplace that helped us fight off the first frost of the season.

Very clean and comfortable

We always stay at Notch when we visit Branson. It’s a quiet and relaxing place. This condo was very clean and very well stocked. The bed were also very comfortable. The one negative I would say is you can not control the thermostat to your liking. It’s set to a certain range which would have been good to know before booking. The owner had great communication and although I was unhappy about the a/c situation everything else was very nice and we would probably stay again.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. Unfortunately, we cannot have the A/C turned down to 60 degrees as it can damage the unit per the recommendation from our HVAC provider. We set a very broad thermostat range that we hope will keep all our guests comfortable and keep our HVAC systems running healthy.

Cozy 2-bedroom/2 bath with all the amenities. Cutely decorated. Upon arrival, microwave didn’t work, but it was just a popped circuit breaker. Owner was quick to respond on how to fix it, and no problems thereafter.

Great stay

Stayed here for a mother daughter weekend, loved it. Property is cozy and clean, close to SDC and other attractions. Beautiful view off the deck, all the amenities we needed.

Fun trip

We went to Silver Dollar City for the Pumpkin Fest and had a good time. There is a trail that goes down to the lake across from the condo. It is steep, but pretty. Condo was nice and bed was comfortable.

Nice comfortable place to stay.

When I was picking a place to stay I was choosing somewhere close to everything we had been planning to do. I did have trouble getting a feel of the place from the pictures but I choose it anyway. Now that I have stayed there I can explain how I experienced it. It felt, from the outside, like I was staying at a cabin in the wilderness. Inside feels like a condo. We had 5 people. I would say this would be the most I would have stay here without feeling like your running all over each other. The small pool was loved by my kids. The water was bathwater warm. I would say the most people in it at once was 3 families. There were several times we were there alone. Would rent again if we were to return to this area for vacation.

Fantastic Condo

This is a beautifully furnished condo with everything you need provided. Great view off the back deck. The beds were very comfortable and they have 2 pools, one just across the street. It would be a great place to bring kids. We saw many families there and they seemed to be really enjoying themselves. The owner is easy to reach and is extremely helpful with any questions you might have. Everything you need is right here. We were visiting family in the area and will definitely be back again. Don’t pass up this condo, you won’t be sorry!!
