For an additional cost of $100 per day - the personal chef may be arranged with the butler to prepare dinners. All dinners are a-la-carte. The butler will prepare all breakfasts and lunches with just the added grocery cost. Pool deck has a large temperature-controlled pool with attached 16 person hot tub, outdoor Tiki bar "The Buccaneer's Bar" which seats 18 - with TV (perfect for all your outdoor eating), grill/social area, and plenty of lounging chairs- you choose when you close it down. An awesome stay in Belize!

Our stay at this beautiful home in Belize was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as pictured online—perfect in every way. The pool area and beach were where we spent most of our time, and both were truly picture-perfect. The beach was cleaned daily and looked pristine every morning.The staff made our stay extra special. The wonderful ladies who came by each day kept everything spotless—they always had fresh beach and bath towels ready, cleaned our rooms daily, and refreshed our bathrooms. They also made the most delicious homemade tortillas and even took the time to teach us how to make them, which was such a fun and memorable experience.Big Mac really sets the bar high. He did everything for us—from cooking delicious breakfasts and lunches to mixing drinks and assisting with our boat excursions. He was always there, ready to help with anything we needed. His energy, kindness, and attention to detail made this trip extra special. Honestly, the trip wouldn’t have been the same without him!Carlos was equally amazing. When one of our guests experienced motion sickness on the bus ride, Carlos was incredibly kind and helpful—he moved her to the front and talked her through the entire ride. He was also our boat driver and took us to some of the most breathtaking spots. He was truly a “lifesaver” in every sense of the word!We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

AMAZING!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!

This was an absolutely perfect vacation! I cannot say enough about how perfect our trip was! We have been taking these girls trips all over the Caribbean and Mexico for 11 years now. This trip is now our #1!!! The owner has spared no expense to make sure your visit is luxurious! The party bus pick up from the airport was amazing and crazy fun! The private boat excursions and pick up from the villa were fabulous! Private transportation to all excursions! We did the zipline, tubing and waterfall, WOW is all i can say! The property is even more spectacular than the photos! Then there is Big Mac and his staff! They are the cherry on top of this amazing trip! The food was amazing!!! I gained 5lbs as a result! Totally worth it!! We went out to dinner one night and we wished we would have stayed in for dinner. We will 100% be returning to this property! Also, don't stress about the rain in the forecast. I was constantly checking and it said rain everyday. We didn't see one drop of rain the entire week! The best week vacation ever!!

Excellent Stay

All of our expectations were met and/or exceeded on this vacation. The staff were amazing. They took such good care of us and always anticipated what we might need. Members of our group did 4 different excursions and they loved them all. Big Mac and his wife Marva and the rest of the staff receive the highest marks. This place checked all of the boxes for a relaxing vacation.

AMAZING

Big Mac and his family were absolutely amazing. They took care of our group of 15, like they have known us forever. We had a slight hiccup with the chef. Big Mac jumped in a prepared ALL 3 meals; while taking us on excursions and ensure we had everything we needed. Ohh, I can’t forgot the house, simply beautiful. 8 equally beautiful king suites. I could see our group planning another trip in the near future.

A Piece of Paradise!

My group of nine girlfriends spent five nights at this wonderful vacation home. We enjoyed thoroughly, the beautiful, setting,wonderful accommodations and helpful staff, who provided breakfast and lunch daily, as well as did the shopping for our annual getaway. The pictures don’t quite do the beautiful house justice. We really enjoyed our experience from beginning to end and the Butler was incredibly helpful, providing transportation, as well as guidance as we explored Placencia. The house and grounds are very well maintained and we enjoyed every inch of the property during our vacation. Warm breezes at the boat dock and sunrise views on the rooftop.

Great stay!

We had a lovely time at the property. Valerie is responsive and answered all our numerous questions as we made these reservations in January as the property was just being listed on VRBO. The caretakers Macario and his family is ho all work in varying capacities are very nice and met our needs. While the property is a 30 minute drive from Placencia village it was that much closer to some of the excisions such as the Mayan waterfalls. Overall we had a lovely 2 week stay with the family 6 adults and 5 kids (age ranging from 7-11).

Unbelievable Belize

We can’t express enough the gratitude we feel for the team at this amazing and beautiful villa. Big Mac, Juliana, Albert, Marva and our lovely chef Orville took such good care of us. Valerie is so easy to communicate with and made our travels easy. This was a vacation we will never forget and not sure how we will ever go back to how we’ve traveled in the past. What a great place!

We rented this house with 13 friends to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and had a blast! The VRBO pictures don't do it justice. It's beautiful, well organized, and super clean. The layout is perfect for couples with bedrooms on separate corners of the house for privacy, etc. I can't say enough about this place. You won't be disappointed booking it. Big Mac, the butler, is a great guy and a great cook! We made some great memories here and would love to revisit in the future!

Amazing stay!

I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay at this villa! We were celebrating my sister's 40th birthday and Big Mac and staff took care of EVERYTHING from the time we arrived to the time we departed! We didn't have to lift a finger, and they were very responsive. The property is ~45mins from the nearest village however, the property had a lot of things/activities on premises so we didn't really have to leave. It was cool though that they had transportation options on the property for when we did want to venture out to the village, and excursions. My only "complaint" if I had to say anything was the party bus was underwhelming and the air conked out on us -- it was a 2 1/2 hour ride with no air. Nonetheless, when I contacted Valerie about it, she rectified it immediately and offered a solution my group was happy with. I really appreciated her prompt attention to the matter. The good thing is she said they have a new bus in the works so hopefully it will not be an issue for anyone else. All-in-all, we had an amazing time and I would definitely return, and recommend.

Wedding of our dreams

We chose Blue Diamond Tranquility Resort a year before our stay/wedding. We were in communication with Valerie from that point on and she was a great help to making the greatest weekend ever. We were a group of 17 and every single one of us felt like kings and queens that weekend. Every inch of the property is luxurious, safe and so nice. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and both hot tubs. We opted to have the chef cook for us and every meal was delicious! Her team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was special and it truly was!! Completely unforgettable experience. We hope to be back soon!! I cannot recommend this stay, Valerie and her team enough.

Truly Exceptional

I recently stayed at the Blue Diamond Tranquility Resort, and we had an absolutely amazing experience- I cannot recommend this property enough! Big Mac and everyone were so welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The location on the beach and the views of the water were breathtaking. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The property had all the amenities we could ask for and restaurants and a market nearby. It was so convenient having private transportation available on-site making it a great option to explore the surrounding area. The Blue Diamond Tranquility Resort exceeded all our expectations! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation.

This property was by far beyond expectation, and I would give it a 10 star if I could. Beautiful!

This property was beyond our expectations by far! The property was very new, exceptionally clean and Big Mac and his staff were there whenever we needed them for help and support. We took advantage of many of the excursions that they offered personally, and loved the beautiful pool, outdoor kitchen, bar, and beach amenities. The house itself was absolutely beautiful. Valerie kept us appraised and updated through the whole process of booking and preparing for our trip, and Big Mac was always there to help us while we were there. We would definitely stay there again! It accommodated all 18 of us easily with privacy of all of the eight bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. It was a great memory maker for my birthday, my husband’s Birthday, our three kids and all of the grandkids! Thank you, Valerie and Big Mac and staff. Hope to see you again.

A great week in Belize

Our family group of 17 included 10 adults and 7 grandkids ages 4 months to 14 years old. This amazing home/ compound held us with ease, and having the beach and the pool right outside could not have been better. Big Mac, the concierge / driver/ cook took total care of us, arranging all our side trips , meals, and special needs. His wife and sister in law were constantly cleaning the house, and providing delicious breakfasts and lunches for our large group. We hired a chef to cook 4 of our nightly meals, which were great as well. We did a 1/2 day snorkel to Moho Caye which worked out for all ages in our group. Big Mac also set up a scuba dive for 6 of our group, and they saw and Eagle Ray with a 12' wingspan. Lots of other fish including nurse sharks, eel, blowfish etc. The non-scuba people went on a 1/2 day River Tubing run, and then swimming in a pool under a beautiful waterfall We were sad to leave yesterday, but after many years of family trips, this was everyone's favorite spot so far. I highly recommend this property.

Long awaited friend reunion!

My friends/sisters and I had an amazing time. This was our first time in Belize for many of us and first time traveling together since before the pandemic. Mac and the staff were very accommodating! Our group has only done all inclusive resorts in the past but wanted to do something different this time while making sure that we got all that we needed. This was more than we could have dreamed of. Being the planner that I am, I had so many questions leading up to the trip. Valerie, the owner, was so helpful and quick to answer. If I thought of something, she would work to make it happen. There was so much done in preparation for our visit and while we were there, we received nothing but smiles and catering to all our needs and wants. There were 11 women from all over the U.S. Mac and his family took excellent care of us as a group and individually. We will definitely be looking to return to this beautiful place in the future! We highly recommend it to others.

AMAZING property!

We just finished an amazing 6 night vacation. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. First off, the property is really nice. There are 8 bedrooms that are all equally great (no fighting over who gets the nice room). The lower pool and bar are a great place for morning and late/afternoon drinking around the pool. The upper hot tub and deck is great for watching the sunset and to relax in the early evening as the height and breeze keeps the bugs away. Finally, I loved that the resort has 2 pickle ball courts for playing around. Second, the people are fantastic! Big Mac is an amazing host - very friendly and accommodating. He oversees breakfast, lunch and drinks. The rest of the staff were like efficient fairies - they kept everything neat and clean. Third, we were THRILLED with our choice for an optional chef. Big Mac gave us a potential menu of mostly American dishes, but Orville was able to offer up a series of Belizean dishes that were delicious and unlike any food we had eaten before - Salbutes, Chimole, Escabeche and others. This was definitely a highlight of our week. You should definitely stay here too.

So much more than a VRBO

Blue Diamond is an amazing find. From the moment we booked, Valerie, the host had excellent communication. She provided information on meal planning, excursions and answered questions about the property. As our trip approached we were connected with Macurio (Big Mac). He coordinated grocery shopping, meal planning, and the bar. We communicated on WhatsApp and that worked great. When we arrived Big Mac was waiting for us with the party bus (totally worth it). There was plenty of room for our group of 16 and all of our luggage. The trip from Belize City Airport (BZE) took just over 2 hours. The drive went by quick with fun conversation, local beer and champagne. We even stopped for some BBQ chicken along the route. When we arrived we found the house to be incredible. The eight bedrooms were all pretty much the same. 4 had gorgeous ocean views. Every bedroom had a very comfortable king bed, a private bathroom and great air conditioning. No matter which room you got, it was great. The pool was fantastic. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the pool and enjoying some great drinks that Big Mac made. By the pool is a great hut that has a bar, tv, and outdoor kitchen. The chef, Orville, cooked most of the meals out there. The food that Big Mac and Orville prepared was better than any of the restaurants we experienced. I would recommend planning on eating at the house. It was fantastic. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for the best!

Amazing home and support staff, nothing short of stellar!

What a great place! The Blue Diamond home is phenomenal, and Big Mac and his team elevated our stay to a level we have not experienced at any of our many other home rentals. The fun began when Mac picked us up at the airport in his party bus, and he kept us laughing and entertained on the drive to the house. When we pulled into the driveway, our guests started applauding when they saw the house. It is that special. The home has a private pier with dining over the water, thatched roof outdoor bar that seats 16+, gorgeous pool and hot tub steps from the water, sand volleyball court, cornhole boards on the raked sand beach, two lit pickleball courts, spacious open floor plan, 4 bedrooms with ocean views and another 4 with lagoon views, two bicycles, a golf cart for exploring nearby restaurants and bars, and multiple vans for touring with Mac. On our Day 1 tour Mac took us river rafting, which was great fun running the class II rapids on individual inner tubes. We then headed to the waterfalls, where we either waded, jumped from the platform, or if you were a cliff diver like Mac, dove about 15’ or so from the side of the waterfall. On Day 2 we stayed close to home, playing pickleball, cornhole, and Rummikub, with a mid-day run into Maya Beach on the golf cart. There we had a great lunch at Bistro and then hung out at a swim-up bar called Mickey’s. Day 3, our last, we went to San Ignacio to see the Mayan ruins. Amazing Family Vacation

My family of 15 ranging in age from 3 to 75 years old spent the week at Blue Diamond Tranquility resort and our expectations were exceeded beyond imagination. The home itself is modern and spacious. All of the adults felt the layout, furniture and decorations were so thoughtfully designed. The pictures do not do this place justice! The pool is amazing. Huge, connected hot tub and wading area with pool chairs. Our whole family enjoyed relaxing as well as playing volleyball in the pool. RIGHT ON THE BEACH the property is absolutely ideal for groups looking for the perfect combo of pool and sandy beach options. Well cared for and we loved the SUP and kayaks. The pool bar/kitchen was everyone's favorite spot. We ate breakfast there every day from the man of the house MAC who is an absolute gem! We ultimately decided to hire the chef for all 7 nights and it was absolutely worth every cent. Our meals exceeded our expectations and we couldn't wait to see what he came up with the next night. The location is two plane rides and a 3hr drive for us from Chicago, but it was well worth the travel for the amazing week of memories we made. I would highly recommend this property for any group looking to go to Belize.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff

From start to finish we had a marvelous Christmas break at the Blue Diamond. The party bus was waiting for us at the airport. We were 12 family members age 1-87! Everyone had plenty of space- the en suite bathrooms are amazing and super comfy King beds, plus everything was cleaned each day (thank you Marva and Felice). We didn’t do any cooking because Macario and Orville took care of us breakfast, lunch and dinner if we were at the house. Lobsters and shrimp ceviche were highlights . Tons to do on the beach- volleyball or pool volleyball, cornhole, we brought our own Spikeball, paddle boards and kayaks and hammocks for lounging, the chaise loungers in the pool are awesome for a hot day. We rented the van but didn’t know it was a stick shift and we weren’t able to drive it so Albert took us around as needed- so accommodating. We only used the golf cart once- it is a bit far to get to the Village but there are some nearby delicious restaurants, bowling and mini golf/pickleball for cloudy days. Mac organized a snorkel trip that picked us up right at the neighbor’s dock- so convenient. He also took us to the MayanWorld where we river tubed and swam in the waterfall (lots of other activities to do there and it’s only 25 mins away). We were there on probably their coldest days- still super nice for us, but the hot tubs would get turned up when we asked- there are two- the rooftop takes longer to warm up. Advice for the next guests- bring lots of cash- every trip, and all food purchased in advance, plus tips at the end require cash (everyone takes US $). The ATM at the Publics limits amount to $1000 Belizean per day and charges a fee, plus you don’t want to spend your vacation going to the bank each day. Also buy alcohol at the duty free when you arrive- cheaper and better selection. Definitely recommend this house - it’s gorgeous and the staff are super friendly and so generous.

Excellent stay! Can't recommend enough

We stayed in this Villa for 10 nights with my siblings, father, and our children to celebrate my father's 70th Birthday. Communication through the whole process with both the property owner and the in house team at the property (Big Mac or Macario and his team) was excellent. We were communicating with both to plan for the trip weeks ahead of time and especially the few days immediately prior. The house was easy to find by just typing Blue Diamond Tranquility Resort into Google maps. The location is amazing, right on the beach. It is about 30 minutes into town at the end of the peninsula, but there is a store, ATM, and plenty of restaurants closer by. The drive time is mostly due to the massive speed bumps but it goes pretty quick. The house was kept immaculately clean by the staff the entire stay. We were traveling with 7 adults and 5 children between the ages of 3 and 7 years old, so keeping it up was no easy task. What really made this trip special was Macario and his team of family and trusted workers. Macario was a fantastic host. He can arrange anything that you can think of, prepares fantastic meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner by request. Prepared a nice variety of food each day. He arranged several tours, boat charters, and restaurant accomodations as well as carry out. He even hosted at tour to a local waterfall and ruina. His team was gracious and very friendly, hard working, and respectful of space. The main reason we are already considering booking another stay was because of the staff. We rented cars, but there is a large van available for use on a per day charge, as well as a luxury bus. The pools were clean, the bar was large and convenient. This a great place for families with children. We are also considering coming back and staying with friends leaving the children behind as it would be great for that as well. Overall can't recommend enough!! Thank you so much to Macario and team, as well as Valerie and her husband.

My "Belize Breeze Birthday" was pure BLISS!

Blue Tranquility is everything you could imagine and then some - seriously. I can NOT say enough good things about this property, the owner Valerie, and last (but certainly not least), our concierge/butler/bartender/cook extraordinaire "Big Mac". The combination of that beautiful trifecta truly made my birthday trip an amazing one this year. I appreciated Valerie's patience and consistent responsiveness as I began planning this group trip in February. I started with a group of 16 but as life happens, plans change, and we landed with a group of 12 to celebrate my milestone birthday. Before I even booked the villa, Valerie and I exchanged several detailed messages to make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed and comfortable decision. Talk about kind and gracious service! From there, I worked hand in hand with Big Mac to iron out all the "on the ground" logistics in planning meals, specialty cocktails, excursions, local transportation, and even a day full of surprises and celebratory activities on my actual birthday. He surprised me with a fun birthday dinner party - with decorations in my fave color to boot! Amazing food by the chef I hired, a yummy birthday cake from a local bakery, and we even had a photographer to capture the special moments that night. Big Mac pulled out all the stops and did everything with a smile and loving spirit for our entire party. His wife is a lovely gem who kept the villa immaculate during our stay and accommodated all of our housekeeping needs and requests all week. We even had an unfortunate incident where my sister had an accident while bike riding the morning of my birthday. Big Mac and his father came to the rescue with a moment's notice, he provided medical attention for my sister, and he even took her to a local clinic the next day to ensure she was all taken care of. He did all this, and never skipped a beat with all the goings on at the villa with my group - WOW! There are so many other wonderful aspects of staying at this villa - I honestly can't say enough. I've already sent booking information to MULTIPLE people after they saw my footage on social media and inquired as a result. I hope to return again soon. This. Is. LUXURY. From the breathtaking views, the pool, the hot tubs, the modern accommodations, etc I will say, hands down, that this is THE best private villa I've ever had the pleasure of booking. I travel pretty extensively so that's saying a lot. Please do not hesitate to book.

We are your own private home that feels like a resort. We named it Blue Diamond Tranquility Resort. It is gated and private and has 2 different levels along with a rooftop pool & swim up bar. You can book the entire house just for your family, and it sleeps 20 comfortably with 8 king bedrooms with their own private ensuite plus 2 queen pullout sofas. We have 12 bathrooms in total. Each floor has 4 king bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We love Belize and wanted others to enjoy it too. It is such a unique tropical country.

You will have a private butler, maid service and a private chef. The chef is an optional, additional feature for $75 USD per day. We are 20 steps from the ocean as our house is built on the beach.
