Indian Lakes Cabin with private beach and dock lake side

Lake front property, quaint and cozy with enclosed sunroom that has a full size futon that will sleep 1 adult or 2 kids. There is a spacious deck overlooking the lake with table seating for 6 and a comfy seating area with an optional large umbrella for shade. There is also a charcoal grill for your convenience and a hammock in the back yard to relax in. You’ll enjoy your own sandy beach area. There is also a 8’ wide 48’ long dock what is shared with the house on the left facing the lake with electric for your boat. We also have 14 foot fishing boat with tiller steering for rent at $150/daily. Messick Lake is a fishing lake that is attached to 4 other lakes you can easily access by boat- 2 others that are also fishing lakes and 2 that are fish and ski lakes with no curfew on tubing or skiing. You’ll also find a restaurant you can access by boat on one of the lakes! The cabin although small is comfortable and enjoyable with 2 bedrooms - 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with a full size bed. There is AC and heat in the cabin for your comfort. The living room has an oversized chair, couch that could sleep 1 adult or kif, 1 futon that can sleep 2 adults, and upon request we can provide 2 extra cots. The cabin is fully stocked with a full size fridge, stove, coffee pot (we provide the filters), pots and pans and silverware, just bring your food and beverages! The beds have clean and fresh linens, and weekend stays will enjoy 6 clean bath towels while full week stays will enjoy 10 clean bath towels. There are Adult (2 included) and kid Kayaks (2 available and included), additional kayaks ($12) to rent as well as well as a canoe ($15). There are many walking trails and parks nearby to enjoy and local restaurants. There is also a nice boat launch next to the property! Bring floating devices or noodles to lounge in lake on and enjoy your stay!
