Cette belle maison spacieuse a été construite en 2006 et offre de hauts plafonds et plus de 2100 pieds carrés d'espace d'air conditionné. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size avec salle de bain double évier, douche carrelée spacieuse et baignoire jardin séparé. Il y a une autre chambre king size avec télévision par satellite. Il y a une taille queen chambre double avec vue sur le canal. Il y a une chambre avec des lits jumeaux. Il y a la télévision par satellite dans le salon et la deuxième chambre king size. Toutes les autres chambres ont la télévision par l'antenne locale disponible.

Les cinq pieds de profondeur chauffée piscine creusée a enceinte de l'écran avec des meubles de patio sur la véranda. Il y a un grand barbecue au gaz pour votre cuisine extérieure. Nous avons des vélos disponibles et il y a de nombreuses pistes cyclables dans la région.

Le salon est ouvert et dispose d'une télévision par satellite avec télévision à écran plat, compteur d'île avec 6 tabourets de bar, et deux salles à manger. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Il y a un refroidisseur de vin. Il est décoré avec goût pour votre plaisir. Il y a une salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse et évier utilitaire.

La maison est située à quelques minutes de l'île Pine, Sannibel, Fort Myers Beach et Cape Coral possède sa propre plage.

The property we stayed at was nice. Some of the beds weren't very good. There were a couple of issues that I notified the property owner about, but we had an enjoyable vacation in Cape Coral overall.

Looking for a little warmth

Headed to Florida for a little warmer weather. Enjoyed this house with it’s pool that backs on to the fresh water canal with turtles, fish and a variety of birds. The house was laid out well and nicely decorated. The location was great with easy access to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

Great vacation house

House was beautiful and lots of room for a large family. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have chosen a better house. Pool was great and view was awesome. Beds were comfortable! We were so sad to leave. Any questions were addressed immediately by host. Thank you!!

The Great Basic

We enjoyed the home and what was offered. It was smart that cable and antennas were provided, but the service from the antennas were a bit distracting and didn’t give a consistently clear picture. We were there during Hurricane Elsa, so it was good to be able to see the weather forecast all day. The house just needs a little updating and a bit more cleaning. It’s time for some maintenance to happen throughout, but all in all, we had a good stay. The location, neighborhood and space were excellent.

This property was so much more beautiful in person! The canal in the back was perfect for watching cranes and turtles and if you were lucky enough you may even see some gar. The pool was pristine and the atmosphere was perfect!

Had a wonderful time!

My family of 6 plus a two-year old just got back from a week's stay at this property. We loved it! The issues referred to in older reviews were not there. No ants, no squeaky beds except in the room with two twins, and no one stayed in that room. The pool was great, lovely and sunny in the afternoon. A substitute fellow came on Tuesday and put more water in the pool, but that's a normal occurrence to have water evaporate, not a leak. Debbie, you do need to find a new pool guy and buy a new pool lounge/float. The one there is shot. Also, the security key device on the front door is not working properly. Minor issues, great property!

Nice Home For A Pleasant Vacation

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation here. It was our first time to this area and using VRBO. We had five other people that came down during our two and a half week stay, and their reactions were generally positive. We loved the spaciousness of the house, as well as the location being centrally located in Cape Coral. The neighborhood was quiet and shopping/grocery stores were fairly close. There were a couple of issues that arose with the pool but the owners were quick to respond and help. In the future I would recommend leaving instructions for pool use (for example, if the water gets too low), as we are not pool owners so we were not sure what to do. Related to that, the owners may want to check as it seemed each day I would add some water to the pool, and the next day the level of the water looked lower, so there may be a hairline crack or leak somewhere. Also, there were issues with ants in the master bathroom - again, the owners were quick to respond but I would suggest regular spraying to make sure this is not a frequent problem. The biggest issue for us was that the property is advertised as being wheelchair accessible; my wife uses a power wheelchair and when we arrived we discovered that the only way into the house for her was to use our own ramps that we had thankfully brought. There is a step up both at the front door and through the garage, as well as the patio doors into the pool area, so without our own ramps it would've been impossible for my wife to get in the house. Outside of these few issues, we did have an amazing vacation. For future renters (especially during the months of December and January) there is limited sunshine in the lanai (pool area). Certainly not a deal breaker as the front yard more than makes up for it, but in the event that somebody doesn't want to sit out front, the pool area is mostly shaded this time of year. We had a great time and would definitely come here again.

Outdated but functional for large family/group

Owner was extremely responsive to issues that arose day of arrival. Had 5 adults & 2 teenagers which the house accommodated easily with everyone having a bed. Beds were OK...very loud when you'd reposition self as they're old/creaky. Kids loved the pool and grandparents loved feeding the turtles in the canal. Pool toys included basketball hoop, boogie boards, noodles, balls & frisbees....also great to bring to beach. You could fish in the canal however you'd need fishing poles as they're not provided. Plenty of beach chairs & an umbrella that came in handy to head to the beach. It's a 10 min drive to Cape Coral Beach & about 40 min drive to Fort Meyers Beach (if you leave before 9am otherwise traffic is horrific). Publix & Target 1 mile away. 2 blocks from gorgeous bike trail however bikes provided are small &/broken. Washer/dryer provided however washer would never spin out & sounded like it was going to take off. Would I come back? NO but for us it's a been there, done that kind of thing. Many other places in the US to see.

Our Stay

We enjoyed the house, however, we had a few issues with the television in the livingroom. Some of the channels were different programming than what they stated. Also, there wasn't enough seating in the livingroom when we had guests over. We had to bring in patio furniture to sit on. The house was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of linens for our use. Would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Clean but shabby

We enjoyed our stay at the house but it needed updating it looked well used.Thr pool was either to hot or to cold and the pool cleaners were less than interested in getting the temperature right. The pool was also hard to get in and out off for older people because there wasn’t a hand rail on the pool steps.

Fabulous family vacation home!

We spent a week in this beautiful home in February, 2017...wish it could have been much longer. The home was exactly as pictured and described. It was a perfect vacation home for our family of 5 adults and 2 grandchildren (ages 4 1/2 years and 10 months). The house was very spacious and comfy for all of us, and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are large with extremely comfortable beds. We really enjoyed cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen, and using the gas grille on the lanai. We lived on the lanai and in the heated pool. The deck box is filled with an assortment of floaty pool toys: noodles, squirt guns, floats and even an inflatable swim ring for the baby, which he loved. There is even a sturdy mesh fence to put around the pool to prevent the little ones from falling in. A big wheel and bikes kept the 4 year old happy when he was not in the pool. In the garage, sand pails, shovels, and a big beach umbrella added to our fun on the local beaches. The canal behind the house is so peaceful and tranquil...plenty of turtles, ducks, and birds which we really enjoyed watching. There is a fresh fruit/veggie store and fish market nearby with delicious local food. The owners of the home were very accommodating to ensure that we had an enjoyable time. We would definitely rent this home again....just perfect!!!

Wonderful property

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures and outlined in the description. We spent 3 weeks there in February of this year and had our entire extended family for the much of that time (5 adults, 3 pre-schoolers and a baby. The house is well laid out for a group of this size and the heated pool is perfect for young children. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood that is central to many tourist attractions and beaches, yet there is a Publix nearby as well as a variety of eating places. We will definitely be back.
