Located in the newest and most prestigious building of Kingston Resorts, the Margate building, this 4-bedroom oceanfront unit is a masterpiece. A recently complete full renovation included new floors, completely new furniture, repainted walls, new light fixtures, blackout draperies, and more. This unit, with its amazing family-friendly layout, delights all who stay here.

This unit features a huge Great Room that has a dining area that can seat up to 10, thanks to its extension dining table, a large and comfy sectional sofa with two swivel accent chairs in the living area, plus a separate seating area in the Lounge, which has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a writing nook! The kitchen is charming with its honey-colored cabinets, lovely granite and matching stainless-steel appliances, it’s also fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Directly off the kitchen is the Utility Room with a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, and an additional entrance.

All bedrooms have new furniture and mattresses: the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with all new bedding, a new headboard, writing desk, and side tables. The massive ensuite bathroom with its jetted soaker tub and separate shower has been touched up too. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and all new furniture; this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to the main balcony. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, all new furniture and a shared ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 extra-long twins that can be combined into a king, and like the rest, this bedroom has all new furniture! All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, plus a 75” Smart TV in the Great Room. The balcony has astounding 25th floor ocean front views of the beach and ocean, you can sit out on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing in below!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Waking up each morning and falling asleep every night to the sound of the waves was so calming and peaceful! The view was spectacular and we saw a fishing boat on the ocean one morning. We were jumping waves and it made us feel like kids again! All of the pools were perfect at different times of the day. Having access to all of them was wonderful. Being so close to the Spa as well was terrific. I had the best massage I have ever experienced there!

Condo was very clean, no issues with anything. Our 2nd stay at unit. We have stayed at several Margate properties, this is by far our favorite. The owners have provided amenities that we appreciate!!!! Hope to make it again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Kingston for 21 years and love it! It's spacious for three families and it's just like being at home. The views are incredible! Unfortunately, this time we had quite a bit of trouble. The first two nights we had no hot water to take a shower. Texted maintenance both times. He was prompt, but had to wait until the next morning to shower. Third night, my parents hadn't had a working TV since arriving as well as the 4th bedroom. Spectrum came the next day, fixed it but then knocked out the master bedroom TV which led us to 2.5 days with no TV. We love the place and would rent again if we were assured we wouldn't have the same issues.

Family vacation

Enjoyed Bella Vista very much. All the little touches added to our great time, the pre-stamped post cards, charging cords if needed, the views, abundance of cookware, etc. We have stayed at several Margate properties, this was by far our favorite. The Dickinsons seem to be very thoughtful owners!

Exceptional 4 bedroom layout.

We visited family on this trip and previously lived in MB. Kingston is my favorite place to stay because it’s ocean front and has tons of trees. The condo was great, possibly the best 4 bedroom layout I’ve stayed in. Worked perfectly, everyone had their privacy. View was great.
