Oceanfront cottage allows kayaking, sailing, fishing, and windsurfing/boogie boarding out of the front door; you'll find plenty of adventures on the water. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Ice cream stands. Sunset Bay Beach is right in front of the cottage or a short 4 10ths of a mile stroll to a private beautiful white sand beach. This Victorian beach home offers a large, covered wrap-around porch to lounge on and watch the most fabulous sunset you will ever see. The house is updated with hardwood, new paint, baths, two new 55" smart TVs, and water views from every room. It is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a beautiful beach. Take a 20-minute ferry ride to Historical Boston and enjoy all Boston has to offer. Just about a 35-minute drive to Historical Plymouth and one hour from Cape Cod. If you are coming in the fall, don't forget to visit Salem, it's about a 35-minute drive. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, a master with a king-size bed, a double in the second and third bedrooms, and two twins. All bedrooms have window air conditioners. The living room has two twin pull-out sofas. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, and the dining room has seating for six. The home offers a private yard. All linens, comforters, bath towels, and pillows. Nice backyard with summer furniture and gas grill. We provide a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer, drip coffee maker, dishes, bowls, forks, spoons, cooking spoons, utensils, salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, plenty of white bath towels, paper towel, toilet papers, and hairdryer. Beach chairs (6) & beach towels, and a beach cart are provided. Parking for four cars. Maison très bien placée

Code d'ouverture de la porte pas reçu, le contact n'a pas répondu au téléphone, le service clients d'Abritel contacté en France à rencontré le même problème. Finalement nous avons été rappelé et obtenu ce code. Le lendemain grandes difficultés pour verrouiller la porte, il a encore fallu contacter l'assistance. Chambres très mal isolées, les jours de vent les courants d'air à l'étage sont très importants et si la température extérieure est fraîche il y fait froid. Il faut savoir que l'escalier est très raide et qu'il est difficile de monter les valises.

Wedding weekend in Hull

We enjoyed our stay! The views were incredible, the house cozy and beachy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The beds were comfortable! Nice restaurants close by and an Easy ferry ride into Boston. Will stay again!

The house itself is a little bit older but it has a very nice charm. We love everything. The view/outlook is fantastic. We would love to come back again.

Amazing Beautiful View and Sunsets!

My family loved our stay in this home . Very clean , everything we needed . The outside decks , yes decks there was a front with chairs , a couch ant two loungers ! On the side was a table and chairs for outside diners . The back deck has two chairs and a grill . The kitchen very well equipped with everything you need . The bedrooms were so comfortable the master bedroom has a view to die for . Very comfortable living room with a large television . I have to give this property a 10 !! Cannot wait to go back !

Nice place in Hull

We had a great time with a family group for a long weekend. House was as described. The beach is a short walk, and it was nice they provided a beach buggy and towels and other beach accessories. Also nice to be a short drive from the ferry to spend the day in Boston. The town was incredibly quiet and sleepy- we weren't quite expecting this since we were there on a holiday weekend. People complained when we played music on the porch before the sun set on a Friday night (it wasn't very loud and within normal waking hours). Just noting this for folks who are looking for a more upbeat and lively location, probably keep looking. But overall the house was nice and cozy and we had a relaxing time. It is great if you are planning a very quiet cozy vacation.
