Paradise at Shorewalk

We welcome IMG guests as we are only 5 minutes from the academy! This ground floor condo contains 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen (recently renovated in 10/2023). Property is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area located within 4 miles of Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, and 5 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport. Walking distance to several grocery/ retail stores, bars, bowling alley, theatre, and many restaurants. Amenities include: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocce ball, basketball, ping pong, pool table, along with a playground and sandbox for children. This unit is also centrally located within a few short steps of the pool and the many amenities offered at this quiet and relaxing resort. We strive to make this your home away from home at our little place of paradise. Sorry but no animals are allowed on the property per HOA.

Our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. As everything was working well, we didn't have much need to contact Lana (the host) during our stay but when we did need to contact her to check on some things, she was very quick to respond and always followed up. She was a great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for IMG Families

We loved our time at Shorewalk! The location to IMG was perfect especially for those early mornings. The community offered plenty to do to entertain our entire team while there! Lana the owner was extremely helpful and flexible! She was super responsive to qquestions and gave excellent restaurant suggestions. We will definitely be back!

My stay was wonderful, everyone was very courteous and professional, the property is centrally located for easy access to the beach or to downtown Sarasota, and downtown Bradenton, the property has 2 pools tennis courts and a club house, I would definitely stay there again !

Home away from home

It was a very nice home away from home. It has great amenities for out of town guests. The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded in a timely fashion. We will definitely be back.

Great stay!

The condo was well equipped, clean and check in Process was very smooth. Neighborhood was fine as we only came to take nephew to IMG soccer camp. Publix nearby for quick shopping. Sarasota is close by and we met friends there for dinner and that was nice. I would recommend and hope to return.👍

Amazing Stay

When we arrived, the condo was very clean and had some essentials we needed for our 1 year old that saved us the trouble of bringing it ourselves. The location was perfect for us. The property was clean, the people were friendly. Our host was great at communicating with us and walking us through everything. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Family vacation

Our family was in Florida for a wedding and this place was the perfect set up for our family of 5. 2 adults and 3 kids 10,13 and 16 years of age. We weren’t on the property much as we were running around doing last minute wedding planning and going to the beach in our free time but it was great to be able to settle in the evening to a clean comfortable space. We even got an evening pickleball game in as a family and were able to catch a night in the pool (which was heated) and a relaxing hot tub soak. Lana was incredibly communicative throughout our visit with any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property, exactly as listed.

We took a short vacation to visit Anna Maria Island. The property we usually stay in was booked. We are so happy we found Lana's condo. It was just as described. The condo was clean. However, the bathroom & patio area could have been a little cleaner. They had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, all the beach items we could need and the master bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect location to different beaches and activities. The pool area was very nice, clean, & heated for the cooler days that we were there. We would highly recommend Lana's condo. Her communication was amazing as well. You won't be disappointed staying at this beautiful condo and complex!
