Clean, tidy, and very well equipped; I enjoyed a week's stay there, it was just right (although, a bit farther walk from down than I had realized, it's 30 even going at a clip)
My teenage daughter and I stayed in the apartment for one of her tournaments at the Salt Palace Convention Center. This apartment was big enough for the both of us and very clean and welcoming. Communication with the hosts was timely and helpful. Location was close to the convention center, everything we wanted to see, and near the airport too! We would definitely stay here again.
This property was perfect, location, aesthetic, and coziness level. My partner and I enjoyed staying on for some down time as well as how close we were to everything! Definitely recommend!
We had a great stay. The apartment is located in a neat area and close enough to downtown to get back and forth for a conference. We walked to a couple of dinner spots and took an uber to others (uber picks up here in about three minutes!). Apartment was clean and just as described.
The apartment was clean and nice! Would stay there again. Pretty central location. Brewery across the street was good, as was the Dough Miner downstairs.
The condo was very clean and cozy. It is conveniently located near the airport, freeway and downtown. Super cheap uber ride to anywhere you want to check out. Awesome brewery across the street. The bed was amazing and hard to get out of lol. Really enjoyed the tv and available viewing options for night time. Very prompt communication easy to understand instructions for access and departure. Fully furnished kitchen but will need to purchase ice if you are planning on eating and drinking at the condo. The owners were very friendly, available, and organized. The condo was as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.
The place was beautiful. Very clean and quiet. I think the $10 for parking should be included in the price even if they want to charge $10 more for it. I felt much more secure parking in the garage in that area of town instead of out on the street.
My only other advise is to limit the amount of pre visit emails. I had so many before I got there that it was harder and took more time to find the email that had the code to get inside.

Transferred from non-compliant ADA 2 Bed 2 bath with 30 stairs to 1 bedroom
Host: Lake City Flats, knew my sister had MS and walked with a crutch. Never advised us of 30 steps nor reflected that in photos of original 2 bd booking (property 1887209). Transferred us to 1 bd for 9 days which we paid for in full.
Would not refund 9 days from 2 bd booking. Lake City Flats did not help us. Filing complaint with Americans with Disabilities.
We paid more for less because my sister has MS.
I was able to stay at the apartment for 5 weeks.
The Host: Host was very helpful and was easy to get in contact with at most times. There wasnât a time where we felt like Ignored.
The Stay: it was pleasant and we enjoyed our time at the apartment. The furniture and decorations gave a soothing fee and simply put we felt at ease and like home.
Location: it wasnât far of local shops and restaurants, there was some construction happening at the neighboring building not that it took from the overall stay. However the view from the living was slightly effected because of that.
Checking in/out: very easy and simple.
Entertainment: There was enough to pass time on from the TVâs to books to read. Streaming either o YouTube and Netflix etc. We got to watch the World Cup and finally witnessing Messi lift the trophy đ. which was the last piece of his decorated trophy cabinet.
Feedback to the host: it would be nice if there was a free parking option, or if there was a fee included on the overall cost. However it was nice to have garage option for the safety of the car and things inside it. Only small negative I could think about
Would I Recommend it? If you are alone or a couple itâs perfectly suited for you. Lowky area with lots of opportunities to explore downtown and city as well. Overall happy with the whole trip.

We needed a place to stay for the week. And it was perfect plus it was close by to a great brewery and pizza place. So we had fun evenings and the place was clean, easy to get In-N-Out of, and nice neighbors. Thank you!
Very clean, comfortable with all the amenities that one could ask for. The lite Trax train was 2 blocks away and ran on a timely basis taking you quickly to the center downtown of Salt Lake City. All questions were promptly answered. Would definately return.
This was our second time staying at this property. This time we were visiting our daughter who's a student at the U of U. Great location for our needs and property is clean and well stocked for cooking at home or just hanging-out. We will be back again!
This place was just as beautiful as the pictures! It was clean, the bathroom was beautiful, the bed was soft, beautiful views, nice and clean. Building was clean and secure. Neighborhood was perfect and has a lot of food options. Mountains can be seen from bedroom. Hope to stay here again!
My Daughter and I stayed at the apartment during move-in at the U of U. Great location. Close to downtown SLC - Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, etc.... *Publik Coffee Shop is our favorite.
Target is very close - we made many trips there for dorm room supplies.
The apartment is VERY clean and well stocked with all the essentials - We felt right at home.

We stayed in this property for 3nights and I got bedbug bites all over my body. When I realized and contacted property manager, they have offered me refund for one night and asked me for find another property but it was a little late so weâve decided to sleep in sofa bed instead. During my stay I also spotted cockroaches multiple times.
The place surrounded by construction site so it get loud from early in the morning. Also, the bedroom door doesnât work so I continuously locked myself in and my partner luckily were in living room and able to open the door from outside of bedroom.
I donât think I can recommend this place based on my experience.
This was an amazing apartment. It was perfect for two people. The kitchen was well stocked and the touches of the apartment were welcomed. I was disappointed about the lack of views and ongoing construction in the area. If you want a well stocked apartment and donât care about views this is an excellent choice. It is very close to the Trax stop as well making it convenient to maneuver around the city.
My partner and I had a great time visiting with his young adult children earlier this fall in SLC! Normally we stay at a hotel when we visit the kids, but we wanted a place where we could make dinner and enjoy more time hanging out with them. This was a perfect spot! The apartment was spotless and well appointed. It was a lovely weekend!
Greatly enjoyed my stay here! In the event I return to SLC, will certainly look to make this property my primary choice. The apartment along with the property were beautiful and modern. Very spacious apartment and well designed. Less than a .5 mile down the same road was a Target and a CVS pharmacy which made it very convenient to purchase snacks, toiletries, etc. Just a 4 minute uber ride away and you'll be in downtown SLC. Highly recommend this property!
