Apartment was in a very safe building with lovely staff, it did appear from communications that they ran it more like landlords than short term rental hosts- i.e wanting to do maintenance, inspect the property etc during my 2 month stay without the perks such as a mid-stay clean which is the standard in the area, however good size apartment and very responsive host

Thank you so much for your feedback and for staying with us. We are really glad you enjoyed the apartment, the building, and found us responsive. Just to clarify for future guests, during your stay you mentioned that two stove plates were not working and that you needed a fan. We arranged a visit purely to check and sort those out so that everything was comfortable for you. On the cleaning side, our listing does state that mid-stay cleaning is not included for longer stays, but we are always happy to arrange it at an extra cost. In your case, we actually did a complimentary clean during your stay as a courtesy. We always try to balance giving guests their space while also making sure everything in the apartment is working well and taken care of. We really appreciate your feedback and would be happy to host you again.
