This was first VRBO; wasn’t sure what to expect. House was as listed, owner communication and instructions were excellent, and departure was easy.

Nice Accommodation's!

House is very nice with tons of room and everything one could need. Close to I-25 which made it easy to travel around the city but not close enough where you could hear the traffic. Be aware there are stairs to get up to the house and of course stairs to get from basement to main floor. Great place for families or large groups with plenty of activities to do in the basement!

Holiday get together

Communication with the host was very good, he accommodated a change in our schedule with no issue. Location is convenient and of course allowing our dogs was the main reason we booked to begin with. Thank you!

Weekend retreat from the heat

Decided on Colorado Springs as a retreat from the Phoenix heat. We had a great stay. The home is nestled in a nice neighborhood that was quiet and tranquil. There is easy access to the 25 freeway and getting to our sight seeing destinations was a breeze. Grocery shopping and restaurants minutes away. We had all the essentials we needed for nights we stayed in and made dinner at home. We will look to stay again in the future should we return to Colorado Springs.

Roomy and close to attractions

Plenty of space to accommodate our 9 adults aging in range from 24-84! Location is close to many attractions. We went to Pike’s Peak, Cheyanne Zoo, and Garden of the Gods.

Extended family new years stay - super close to our Springs family and also close to anything else you might want to see in the Springs! Doug was extremely responsive and helpful. Also great because we could bring along our little dog - the backyard was nicely fenced for her!

Refuge during a move

We rented this house while we looked for a place to live in Colorado Springs. The location is great, really easy to get anywhere in town and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay

The property was clean and the bonus was the Neighborhood Association Park just 2 blocks away. Beautifully maintained park, my three year old granddaughter had so much fun, and even my 2 adult sons tagged along for a family badminton game and basketball.

Colorado Springs getaway

We enjoyed staying at this property—Doug was very prompt in replying to any questions we had, and also very friendly and easy to communicate with. The property was clean, plenty of towels and well-supplied kitchen, with the cooking implements that we needed. The yard was secluded , and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings . I recommend this property .

North West Colorado Springs

We had a very good experience at this home. We wished we could have stayed longer. Place is very clean and has lots of space for a big group. I enjoyed my quiet time each morning while the rest slept. You are close to many hiking locations (Manitou Incline is a must do) and many great restaurants like "The Golden Bee" (best after 6pm). This place is a "do over" for us. Enjoy your stay.

Great family vacation

This property was great for all ages. My family had children from 2-11 and the property included a activities for all ages. It was conveniently located near the expressway which made it easy to travel through Colorado Springs. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. We most enjoyed the comfortable mattresses and game room downstairs. The owner was super nice and professional. We would love to stay again and highly recommend this home.

Extended Family Trip

The house had room for everyone to each have their own space. Doug and Denise were so easy to talk with about any needs we might have. Nice touches like premium towels, toiletries in the bathrooms and coffee bar. Conveniently located to all the tourist sights and restaurants nearby.

Convenient Location

This house was perfect for our extended family of 9. The location was great, able to hop on and off the highway to get anywhere in a snap. Owner was incredibly responsive and took care of a minor issue we had with the door lock right away. Thank you for letting us use your house!

visiting relatives

The rental was perfect for the 1+ age children - they are starting to walk and. the spacious first floor was perfect for them. We were able to cook meals and the large dining table accommodated everyone. The views were perfect for people from California, who live in urban areas. They saw deer and a neighbor even saw a pot bellied pig being walked on a leash! the neighborhood was quiet, picturesque and well kept. The home was clean, spacious and had mostly everything that we needed. The owner was attentive and friendly, so the stay was enjoyable, relaxing and trouble-free.
