L'île d'Émeraude se trouve à l'extrémité ouest de Panama City Beach, à environ 1,5 km du parc Pier et près du parc Frank Brown. À partir de votre espace de stationnement réservé et couvert à Emerald Isle, vous pouvez prendre l'ascenseur à notre étage condo treizième. Le condo est une unité de coin qui a été décoré professionnellement avec la plage et de détente à l'esprit.

Dans la chambre principale, vous trouverez un lit king size qui a un matelas à plateau-coussin. De la chambre des maîtres, vous pouvez regarder votre programme favori sur un 27 'TV couleur ou un film sur le lecteur DVD. La chambre principale donne sur un grand balcon pour profiter de la vue sur la plage et le golfe. La chambre a un lit queen size, et a également un téléviseur et un lecteur DVD. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain complète attenante.

Dans le salon, il y a un lit queen size canapé, une «TV couleur 32, un lecteur DVD et une chaîne stéréo. Le salon ouvre également sur le balcon.

La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et est stocké avec tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer de grands repas, à déguster sur le balcon ou à la table de salle à manger qui peut accueillir quatre. Le compteur entre la cuisine et la salle à manger est spacieuse et dispose de trois tabourets de bar.

Lorsque vous revenez à votre condo d'une journée sur la plage, vous pouvez profiter d'un beau coucher de soleil et vue sur le golfe depuis le balcon en sirotant une boisson fraîche avant le dîner.

Emerald Isle possède une piscine intérieure chauffée et une piscine en bord de mer en plein air. Il y a une grande baignoire, d'un hammam et d'un sauna chaud dans la zone de la piscine. La piscine pavillon dispose également de deux barbecues à gaz.

Notre condo a une place de parking couverte et affecté. Il dispose également d'un téléphone, WIFI, la climatisation, câble TB, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, lave-linge et sèche-linge, les ustensiles de cuisine. Tous les draps, serviettes de plage et deux chaises de plage sont fournis.

Emerald Isle est un ouest mile de Pier Park, qui regorge de restaurants et boutiques.

Great Condo

The two bedroom, two bath condo was comfortable, convenient, and well-outfitted with all the items needed to make it like home. With the other things we brought to round it out we were able to make breakfast and lunch to really relax at the property. Dinners out were awesome. We wish the weather had been more cooperative but that is always an unknown. The couple of sunny days without wind were amazing, especially with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Thanks to the owners for such a great condo to share.

This was a great place to stay for my family. Communication was excellent from Elizabeth. The views were awesome, clean and very welcoming. conveniently located close to stores and restaurants but far enough away from the busy part of Panama. I will recommend this place to others.

Great Vacation May 2021

The condo was clean, well stocked and very well maintained. Perfect view of the beach! Private parking space next to the elevator and free beach chairs made our trip even better. Owner was very responsive. VRBO Add was accurate minus beach towels. Some small issues which were discussed with owner. VRBO add should list upfront the extra $30.00 for parking and wristbands. Overall stay 4+ stars

exellent location ( in the city and building)

My family stayed in this beautiful condo last week. The view from the balcony and bedrooms is stunning. The appartment is very bright because of the white/light colors and has a welcoming atmosphere. The mattresses and sheets were very clean, comfortable and there were plenty of white clean towels. The two recliners on the balcony were very comfortable and appreciated. The owner always responded quickly.The building's crew was helpful. The building, elevators and area around the beach were well maintained. My family would rent this condo again.

One of the best units we have stayed in

We have been staying at Emerald Isle for over 10 years and have stayed in many nice units. We were alerted when the unit was cleaned and available for us to go in. Even an hour or two before the promised time makes a difference. This unit is on the end and there was no elevator noise, and the parking offered by this unit was very convenient to the elevator so loading and unloading was a breeze.

Beautiful condo with a glorious deck.

We loved our stay at Emerald Isle. We had everything we needed (note- we brought our own beach towels). The security at the pool is great, keep those bracelets on. The real prize is the deck. Lots of room and a roof over your head so it was always comfortable to sit outside. We ate all of our meals outside listening to the ocean. We have stayed at many places in PCB and this was our favorite! We’ll be back.

Nice trip

We have stayed at the Emerald Isle many times and always enjoy our stay there. This time was no exception. My favorite part of the unit is always the large balcony and it being an end unit gives a little bit more space. My husband's favorite part was the reserved parking space. It saves a lot of time not having to drive around looking for an empty space. The unit could have used a few more bath towels but we made it work. Lib was very easy to work with and always very responsive to any questions. Thank you for the use of the unit. I'm sure we will be back.

We had a great time at Lib's place. Very clean, beautiful views of the ocean. We watched the Rays come in to feed from the balcony all day long. Next time we may even bring the grandkids lol. Thanks again Lib.

This large condo is spacious and open. The view off the large balcony is fantastic and the place is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spacious and clean.The elevators are fast and there is little to no waiting for them. I would definitely stay here again!

Paradise and views!!

The balcony at this location was amazing. Each day I started my day in the morning sun reading and having a cup of coffee. The condo has everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you for the beach service! It was so nice to head to the beach without needing to lug around chairs and my own umbrella. After a great day at the beach we enjoyed the pools. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us.

breath taking!

you know how sometimes you book a place and it looks nice and all that but pictures etc can be deceiving and then on rare occasions you open up the door and you just say and feel "wow"!!! this is one of the times. the view, nicely appointed, clean, peaceful, welcoming. the owners are as nice as they come. good people. panama can be crowded and hectic. not here. just kickback on the balcony, relax, and enjoy the beauty. would i come back here?? every time.

We just love it here, the pool. Beach and hot tub

We have spent 6 or 7 years at Unit 1310 and just love it. Lib and her husband have been great owners for renting through. I would recommend this property to friends. We like Mike’s Oyster Bar & Restaraunt across the road, Long horn Restaraunt, Olive Garden, Boars Head Rest, & Salt Water Grille.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

Stayed in Emerald Isle #1310 for Memorial Day Weekend... us 2 old folks and our 9-yr old grandchild. We had such a wonderful stay! Beautiful, well- appointed condo was super clean, and beds were very comfortable. Grandson was excited to have a Q bed, and a bathroom all to himself. Balcony view of beach, sea, and pier was awesome, and we made good use of the included beach service. Hot tub was nice & spacious, which was fortunate because the pools were SOOOO cold! Wristbands are required, and roving Security guards challenged anyone coming from the beach who didn't have one on. Probably why the pool and hot tub area was never overcrowded. Pool area was kept very clean, and plenty of chairs. Easy garage parking space, right next to elevators. Had a great time here. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Best condo complex on beach

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay at unit 1310. Let's start by what a awesome view of beach, loved hearing the waves up on the patio. Beach was perfect, pools were awesome and the best part was it was located on the quiet end of Panama City beach, less traffic which was a plus. I highly recommend this unit if your plans are to have a perfect vacation in Panama City Beach.

Wonderful Condo with the BEST view!

We totally enjoyed this unit. It is well appointed with everything needed. The view is fabulous and the owners are excellent to work with. The keyless entry is fantastic. The amenities of the property are wonderful.
