Vacay on the beach

Great room for the price. Can't see the ocean but only one building separates you from the beach. The bed was amazing.

Perfect Stay

My kids and fur baby enjoyed our stay. The location and pictures are just as described and the beach was a few steps away. The kitchen came with all the amenities for cooking. We'll definitely book again.

Great place we loved it!

We all had a great time! We had bad weather all week but made the best of it we spent a lot of time at the condo and had a great time with family. Thanks for the memorable moments!

Lovely

We loved the cottage we stayed in. It was convenient and close to the ocean. The only complaint we had was the family above us had small children and they sounded like a herd of buffalo running thru the house every morning about 6am waking us up and if they were there it was allday long, literally allday.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunaet Cotrages.

This property covered all our needs. Quieter fan in the bathroom would of been nice,since it was connected to the light. Other then that it was great.

Our stay in Okaloosa

We had an overall great experience. There was plenty of room for 5. One bathroom was a little dicey and the floors were pretty dirty. That’s the only flies in the ointment. Everything was furnished well.

Don't want to go home!!!

The condo was so clean which was so important to us. We travled with 4 kids ages 17, 13, 9, and 11 months old and a dog. The home was perfect size we were all very comfortable the first floor was super convenient!! Literally steps away from the beach. My whole family enjoyed our trip. We cant wait to come back. Cozy beach vibes

Clean, cute, and just as pictured. Easy check in/out. On the ground level which is great at the end of a long beach day. (The living room/kitchen does face the pool so there is some noise from pool guests until about 10pm. It did not bother us or interfere with our stay at all, just something to be aware of) comfortable beds, plenty of storage, easy access to charging ports, and close to all the wonderful things on the island. A great vacation spot!

Place was conveniently located. Clean. A little small, but just enough for what we needed. I was a little disappointed with the supplies available for us. We bought toilet paper, dish soap and dish detergent. Several places we’ve stayed in the past have “extras” that make it nice. This place did not.

Rental needs

I find that when we rent places that you have to bring everything- foil, seran wrap , trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters and the list goes on. This is ridiculous to have to bring or go to the store ! It’s a vacation and should be provided by the rental agency. It’s actually very irritating! The unit was fine however the people renting the second floor unit were very noisy. Would I stay here again ? No ! By the way the fan in the bathroom was loud. I think the bearings are going out.

If you expect hot water this unit is not for you!

Location is good but Condo needs some TLC. Don’t expect hot water or help from guest services. We only had 2 hot showers the week there. Never heard from property Manager. Guest services kept promising someone would be there the second time it went out but nobody showed or contact from anyone. I have stayed in this small condo system before and never had such poor service and response. I have requested compensation for no hot water or service but I won’t hold my breathe

Fort walton

The property was pretty secluded and great for kids. The pool is just off the back deck, literally steps away, which is great! My only complaint is that there is way too much furniture in the condo. It was tough with my kids to have space for our luggage and be able to move around. A different furniture arrangement with less stuff would make this a perfect rating for me!

Nice & Cozy

I surprised my husband with a trip to Destin for an early birthday gift. We were the only 2 that stayed. It was very nice. We didn’t have any issues & the host constantly checked on us via email & text to make sure everything was okay. We walked right to the beautiful beach. The condo is right around everything. I would most definitely stay again

We would absolutely stay again!

Very comfortable condo, with enough beds for everyone and a full kitchen. The kitchen was a god send so we could make those snacks at night (when you have kids you need food lol) and a meal when we were too tired to go back out for supper. Best part of all...a pool directly outside our condo that my husband could open the blinds and watch the kids swim, he has artificial legs and some days he just needed to relax. I sat on the chairs next to the pool and watched our 3 boys 12, 6 and 1 have a ball. The pool was smaller but the complex is small. This was also a huge plus! We met some great people who were there swimming every night and played in the pool, including our kids. Then the beach...WOW!! literally 60 seconds from our condo. The first time I walked over the steps and seen the white sand beach and clear water my breath was taken away. Definitely made many memories and cannot wait to come back again one day ⛱🏖
