You have found one of the best vacation rental condos on St. Simons Island. This condo is a comfortable and welcoming 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex and is just 2 miles from the beach and Pier area. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept very clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a queen full memory foam mattress. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry in house. Lots of natural light! This condo is up 1 flight of stairs.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay for our annual St. Simon's girls weekend! Cindy was so helpful throughout the entire process, even calling us immediately when we texted her with a question our first night. The condo was a lot larger than we expected and the neighborhood was great. A very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again!

This is a well situated condo, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Went to a wedding on St Simons. Cindy was great. Very clean. Perfect size. Easily accessible to everything. Had zero problems. Would def stay again.

1st time at St Simmons Island

Enjoyed visiting somewhere we have never been. Unfortunately we didn’t exactly have pool and beach weather during our short stay. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from.

A cozy retreat

We were in young to visit our rather large family. The condo was a perfect retreat, a great place for small dinners and close to everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. We’ll be back.

Our stay

We had an amazing time! The property was beautiful! Our dog - who we did crate when we left - did bark for a while and annoy the neighbors. Even so, the person we rented from was gracious!

Our 46th anniversary trip was perfect! Didn't speak with the property manager because there was no need too! Great area, quiet, well kept property, navigated the island with a golf cart. Will definately be back! R&W

Great choice for a quick get away!

Very nice property and Beautiful on the inside. It is on the second floor so if mobility is a concern it might be something to think about but it was great for us. Only negative at all was that the only place to walk the dogs was a little inconvenient. If you're stay without pets then there would be NO negatives at all. Would definitely stay again.

Great Spot to enjoy St. Simons!

Great property with lots of extras. Cindy is a great host and has equipped the property with things that just make it feel like home. The property has access to a pool for those days you just don't feel like going to the beach. The location is great! You are no more than 5-10 mins from anything you may need or want to do. We always hate to leave. This place feels (for us) like home away from home.
