Very nice , well equipped property. Great view in a very nicely maintained condo. We have stayed in Seychelles property many times over the past 20 plus years... never disappointed. Great quiet area and well managed property.
Overall, it was a great stay and location. There were three issues we encountered that may have been resolved for future renters:
1) Kitchen was roach-infested. There were about 10 belly-up roaches when we walked in. Each evening, if you turned on the lights, you could count about 30 roaches scattering around.
2) Utility room where the air handler was located was very dusty, along with the air filter at the handler intake location. Given issues 1 & 2, low marks for cleanliness.
3) While our children were trying to take a nap, a maintenance crew came unannounced to replace the front door. The crew was also surprised that someone was renting the unit and would have picked a different time if they had been informed. I do not fault the maintenance crews (more management of the property or communication with the owners), but it was very loud with the medal grinding. Low marks given for communication with the property manager due to this.
I informed the management company of both issues upon departure and expected some level of reinbursement offer, but none was offered. Management was surprised by the roaches as the unit owners all pay condo fees to have the building maintenance people take care of pests.
