Bug Info: Please note that our home is located in a beautiful, but swampy area of Gainesville. While we have implemented pest control measures, it is not always feasible to prevent all insects or animals from entering the home. Depending on the season, guests may encounter mosquitoes, moths, gnats, flies, bees, ants, or spiders during their stay. To ensure your comfort, we recommend bringing a supply of mosquito repellent.
Refund Policy: Our cancellation policy states that we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for cancellations made outside of the designated timeframe outlined in our policy. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel or personal liability insurance to protect against unexpected emergencies. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, we will provide a full refund. Additionally, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance during the months of June through November, as there is a possibility of hurricanes or tropical storms in the area. While these storms are not common in Gainesville, they can be unpredictable and it is best to be prepared.
