This tiny home is as described and is quite comfortable. Gwen is lovely and very helpful with great info on local restaurants and events and even provided kettle corn!
There were only 3 small downfalls:
1) it's a bit cramped for 6 people
2) it's rather expensive for the size
3) watch out for the fan getting up and down from the loft!
We were so happy to find this home away from home while visiting family in the area. It was very clean, quiet and so much better than a motel. There is a nice big shower, full size refrigerator, small stove, free Wifi, TV, etc. The only challenging thing for us not so young folks was climbing the ladders to the loft areas but the beds were comfy and spacious. The host, Gwen, was very responsive and gracious. We will definitely stay again when in town!
We really enjoyed our time at Maxis. We had to leave early but we were comfortable while there. The ladders were a little steeper than we thought but we managed.
We did run out of toilet paper the last day and would have had to request more by the end of our stay if we hadnât left early.
Gwen responded quickly to each and every request!
We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.
There was some problem with the place being double booked but the place we were given was a much nicer choice. It was impeccably clean, and a beautiful place. The photos donât really do it justice, you might want to consider new photos. We hope to come back in the fall.
