Welcome to Breeze Condo, a luxury 4-bedroom retreat just one block from Lake Pepin, the beach, and marina in the heart of Pepin, Wisconsin.

Designed for comfort and connection, this spacious home offers 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, two living rooms, a game room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The layout gives your group room to spread out while still feeling connected, making it ideal for families, wedding groups, and friends traveling together.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, a bonus sitting area, and a luxury soaking tub, creating a perfect place to unwind after a day at the lake or attending nearby events.

One of the most fun features is the hidden kid-friendly getaway tucked behind one of the beds, along with a few playful surprises throughout the space that make the stay memorable for both kids and adults.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils, along with coffee, spices, tea, and sugar. We also provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a full set of beach towels and bags for your stay.

Outside, enjoy a private yard with lake views along with access to shared fire pits, grill areas, and lounge seating, creating multiple spaces to relax and gather.

The location is one of the biggest advantages. Guests can walk to the Pepin Beach, marina, and local favorites like the Harbor View Café, the Pickle Factory, and the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum.

Breeze is also ideally located for wedding guests:

This is a beautiful house that's perfect for a group of friends visiting the area. The location couldn't be better--just a hop and a skip to the Pepin dock and all it has to offer.

Perfect location and home for a large family gathering! The hosts were amazingly helpful and responsive in all our planning, reservations and stay. We stayed with many younger children and were grateful we could all walk to lovely Pepin Beach - and made several extended swimming trips even thought it was almost October! We hope to stay at a Raspberry Home again, soon!
Yes, we all got in for swims.
We had three sunsets like this while staying at the Breeze.

Love the house! The upstairs area with its own sitting room was perfect and was used for so many things... crafts, reading, working, etc. The large kitchen was great for our large group to gather for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and so were the bathrooms. We even played a few of the games in the living room.The location was close to everything...we walked everywhere... restaurants, stores, the winery! It was very easy to communicate with Julia and Jill.

Close to everything

We had a great stay in Pepin at the Breeze Condo. The owner was responsive to any issues that came up and the place was exactly what we needed for our extended family. So close to all of the action and love music in Pepin!

Things were great but a couple things we would have liked: I didn’t see where it said what unit number we were in. I might have missed it but that would help a little in addition to the map. Also, there was only one garbage bag that fit the kitchen garbage can, it would have been nice to have a few more (I found some bags but they were all little.

Nice large open space. Great kitchen area for large groups. Great directions and communication. Nice bathrooms. Disappointed with listing showing it sleeps 15; however, only 8 spots are available in shared beds; lofted twin bed was not there and must rely on air mattresses for other 7 guests as couches aren't long enough and are very used, yes they have air beds for rent, but for 20-25. Grill was very dirty so we used tins to cook on instead. Long jaunt to garbage/recycling. Nice to have fooseball table, but unusable since it was in porch and was not temperature controlled in there.

Nice for a large group

Family friends wedding, my siblings, parents, our significant others and two kids felt comfortable for a long weekend stay on Pepin! Nice big kitchen, provided card table chairs allowed room for everyone. Sun porch and outdoor space was nice for the night owls and morning birds so no one felt like they were disturbing others. We had a coffee pot we couldn’t get to work and they solved it same day! No complaints, walkable location, check in was easy, keyless entry/keypad was so nice so no one needed to worry about sharing keys.

Girls night

Rented the condo for my daughter in laws to be bachelorette party. Only real issue was it was cold! I understand the thermostat being set at 55 upon check in/check out, but we never could get it warmed up. The thermostat was locked at 63, a little chilly! Also, paper plates/napkins would have been nice. And a pizza cutter! lol!!

Family Fall Getaway

We had a fantastic family get-together here over three nights. This home (Breeze) accommodates a large family and includes a large well-equipped kitchen. We were able to cook bigger meals and play many board games on the large kitchen table The little girls loved the secret playroom off the one bedroom!! The home is clean, comfortable and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the town is very serene and quiet. There is a beautiful upstairs bedroom with a spa-like bathroom. This home's location is awesome! We were right in the center of all the activities we fit in. We walked down to the lake (less than two blocks away) several times and saw beautiful sunsets. We hiked Maiden Rock (gorgeous foliage), ate lunch at Villa Beleeza Winery, and enjoyed Nelson's Creamery. We spent several hours in Alma and enjoyed their ice cream shop and ate dinner at Danzinger Winery. We spent a morning in Stockholm and enjoyed the little shops and their lovely park by the river. We highly recommend this VRBO and we hope to return next year!! Thank you Jill!!

Maybe nice for summer butt not great for winter...

The place is beautiful BUT... The fireplace didn't work and we were not notified before hand. The upstairs is a sauna and the downstairs is a freezer. You crank the heat and it just gets hotter upstairs without any improvement downstairs. When notifying the host she just said she "can see the heat is on... is it not working?" No hot water for showering. Host reply "I wish I would have known these issues earlier. Will keep you posted" but no further communication..

This guest notified us of a potential heating concern on the first night of their stay, and we worked with them immediately to determine the heat was indeed on and disbursing correctly throughout the condo, and let her know that if they had further concerns to let us know that same night and we’d dispatch an emergency HVAC technician. No further concerns were shared with us during their multi-day stay, until a half hour before departure when they let us know that the hot water wasn’t working right just that morning. We offered access to an adjacent unit for showers while the plumber was on the way, but they declined. One of the two hot water heaters serving this condo had a heating coil replaced, and both are functioning for future guests. We strive to address every guest’s concerns, but can only do so when we are informed of issues during a stay, not upon departure.

Lake Pepin Sibling reunion

We rented the Lumberyard Loft space for a sibling reunion with guests from Iowa, South Dakota, and Pennsylvania. We enjoyed exploring the Pepin area and also just relaxing and reminiscing in the comfortable living room and kitchen. Daily walks along the lakeshore we’re also a highlight of our stay. We appreciated the excellent and helpful management.
