What a phenomenal stay we had! The condo itself is updated and very clean(smelled so good when we walked in) and work is being done on the exterior to spruce it up, as well. I am not exaggerating when I say that the bed is the most comfortable bed of any of our trips! The host is very responsive and quick to answer questions. The pool is right out the sliding doors and is a fantastic pool area and the beach walkover gate is just steps beyond the pool. There are even chairs/beach accessories for use. Do not hesitate to book a stay. We can't wait to return!

We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. We took daily walks on the beach and collected lots of shells! We met a lot of nice people who were also staying at the condos, or were on the beach. I did go in the pool once, so my husband could take my picture as proof...but it was too cold to stay in. We loved exploring the St Augustine and learning the history.
We loved watching the sunrise over the beach each morning.
Even though the cold night temps kept the pool cold, I made it in there for a photo!
We never knew what we would see on our beach walks!
My husband preferred the sunrise view from the walkway...we both enjoyed the gopher turtle sightings from there too!

Can’t beat this spot

Great location, communication with the owner was easy. The property is well kept from the individual room all the way to the pool deck on property. Can’t say enough good things about the stay and have already slotted time for a return stay next year.

Great place right in front and pool and a very short walk to beach

My sister and I went for a short vacation. This is perfect if you want to chill at the pool or at the beach. The drive into St. Agustine wasn't that far either. But, if you want alot of action stay in historic St. Agustine. The condo was very clean. Quiet and comfy.

Amazing Stay!

The condo was extremely clean and obviously newly renovated. Perfect size for 2 parents and a 2 year old. The location was exactly what we were looking for as well. About 15 mins south of St. Augustine so you could easily go in and out as you pleased. Super close to a beach that was absolutely gorgeous. The complex and pool were also very well maintained. Extremly low key, quiet and peaceful vibe. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to this area.

Exceptional, I'm going back!

New Reno was tastefully done and allowed for maximum usage of space. Walk out to pool and a few more feet your at the beach i(over the dune). Endless St Augustine Beach. Had plenty of housewares, linens, and beach apparatus for my needs. Bed is comfortable. Convenient to everything. AC had issue on arrival was corrected immediately. Love this condo.

Very Happy

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay. Karen was a great host, making sure all our needs were met. Most of the people we met were from the 'North' (escaping the cold.) We are from Atlanta, escaping the awful green/yellow powder pollen during this time. Arrived home today - "Mission Accomplished" !! Everything is already in bloom - and all pollen powder has been washed away from the rain - no debilitating allergies. So grateful :-)

Beautiful Beach Location

Lovely place steps to the beach and a short drive to St. Augustine—best of both worlds. We liked Viola’s (best calzone ever!), Beachside Diner and Taco Libre. Loved walking miles on the beach every day. Nice pool, too.

Great long weekend getaway !

Can’t say enough great things about this condo. Super clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and the common areas are so well taken care of. Condo sits right in front of the pool (which is super clean always). We went for Labor Day weekend and despite it being a busy weekend the pool was not crowded at all. Some crowds at the beach but nothing crazy (we are from Miami, FL) . Would definitely return!

Great Spot

The owner was always available when I needed to reach her. Well kept condo. Well stocked kitchen, updated appliances. Very clean and welcoming. Nice location. Very private. Highly recommended.
