THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the eighth floor of Tower 1, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! The bathroom features a large marble garden tub/shower combination and a separate dressing area with double marble vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo seats two at the dining table and 2 at the breakfast bar.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access as well.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

The mattress on the bed is tired. It is definitely time for a new one. Otherwise, the condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Are stay was wonderful….This condo was amazing. Very clean, beautiful decor, spectacular ocean view, great large balcony. Very close to everything. I would recommend this condo!Hopefully we’ll go again next year, but for two weeks!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and looked just like the photos The view is perfect and the location is close to everything. You can walk to Pineapple Willies from the beach I will definitely book with Kims condos again

Sweet little condo

Everything we needed for the week was here. The condo was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and lovely balcony. Communication with Kim’s Condos prior to our arrival was excellent.

Very comfortable condo. Bring detergent for washer and for dishwasher. Would like to stay again.

Was very happy with our accommodations. Felt very secure with all the security provided. Clean beautiful pools. Beautiful view of Gulf from balcony. Just wish the beach chair staff wouldn't pick up cushions and umbrellas so early.

Quick Get-Away

We booked this property within 1 week of our visit. The location and amenities were perfect for a quick get-away. The beach was beautiful (thought the weather wasn't 100% cooperative) and the property was close to shopping and restaurants. Check-in/Check-out was simple and the ability to set our own door code was a nice touch with very simple-to-follow instructions. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this propery again.

Great place to stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay here for the week. Smaller condo so I wouldn’t personally recommend it for a bigger family if you prefer your privacy but it was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our babies (2 & 9 months). Already talking about staying here again next year!

Loved the condo, location! Quick elevators!

It was great until we had to deal with our bathroom and living area getting flooded! I understand a water heater broke on the 12 th floor and came down into our area! I was really upset getting up at 4:30am to go to the bathroom and seeing the water damage! I was more upset with the fact there was no one to get in touch with! I did call at 4:30 but your office didn’t open until 9. There should maybe have an emergency number ! Other than that I’m love it there!

Cute and Comfy beach condo

My husband and I love staying at Long Beach Condos. This particular condo was the perfect size and the perfect location on the 8th floor. Everything was clean except maybe the floor could have used a good mop. Loved the shower and the double vanity and that the washer and dryer could be closed off in the bathroom. The sliding balcony doors were a little difficult to close all the way. I would stay here again, it was comfy and cozy on the day that it stormed.
