Overall the stay was great. The area is nice and quiet.The accommodations were as advertised.Communications with the owner were great as she responded fast and took care of any needs. Would definitely book there again!

Refreshing and quiet getaway!

This is a beautiful apartment, in a very nice neighborhood, quiet and conveniently located just a mile from US 74 on the southeast side of Charlotte. Glad to recommend!

This apartment was perfect for my business trip! It was right in the center of town perfect to all the restaurants and close to where I needed to get to for my plant. The apartment was exceptional, clean and convenient to all locations. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Another Great Stay

We absolutely LOVE staying here whenever we come to town to visit our daughter. It’s so clean and convenient - it’s close to everything!! The neighborhood is quiet and great for morning/evening walks. Marie is a superb host and makes it so easy for us. 5 stars for all categories!!

Beautiful home in a well maintained neighborhood!

The host was very prompt in returning messages and the home is beautifully appointed. It was a breath of fresh air to arrive and see a flag that exclaimed JESUS upon arrival! I highly recommend this house and would give it a 12/10 if the system would allow it!

Perfect One Bedroom

This property was perfect for my stay in Monroe. The neighborhood was very nice. I would call this a mother-in-law suite and it had everything I needed. It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. When I go back to Monroe this would be my first choice.

Tranquility

The apartment is just beautiful. It is clean and I have very high expectations of clean. This was very clean,. The comfort and coziness was what I really liked too. It was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The yard was very pretty! My son lives in Monroe so I definitely will stay again. Five Star plus! Thank you Marie for sharing your home!

Pleasant Location

Great place!

We loved our stay at this property! We spent the Labor Day weekend here as well as an extended long weekend later in the Fall. The apartment is the perfect size for two people and it’s stocked with everything you need. And Marie is a superb hostess!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. 5 stars!!

Great little apartment

Apartment was mostly very clean although we did see a few dead bugs around the baseboards in bedroom. Was very surprised by the unkept lawn. High grass and piles of used lumber, etc.This however had no effect on the apartment. Would def stay again.
