Linens included with all stays. (One bath towel and wash cloth per guest, hand towels in all bathrooms and kitchen, and all beds are made up and ready for you.)

We also provide one roll of Charmin toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of Bounty paper towels in kitchen, 10 tide pods, dawn dishwashing liquid, and foaming anti-bacterial hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen.

GOLF CARTS - After you have booked your stay, inquire with us about including our Custom 6 seat limo golf cart and/or custom 4 seat golf carts for your stay. We will not guarantee use of our golf carts until we speak directly with the primary guest, review conditions of use, validate that any operators will be age 25+ WITH a valid drivers license, and a golf cart waiver is reviewed and signed. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Main level boasts open floor plan with ocean view, kitchen, 10 seat dining table, 2 seat breakfast bar. Sofa has a queen pull out. Electric fireplace, laundry, Smart TV and en-suite guest bedroom with queen bed and full bath.

Upper level boasts vaulted ceilings in every bedroom. Huge master bedroom has king bed and ocean views. En-suite master bath features garden tub. Queen bed in guest bedroom, and another guest bedroom with bunk beds featuring 2 twins over full bed set up. Ceiling fans, closets, dressers.

Fully stocked kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, fridge, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, air fryer, ice maker, wine opener, blender, Kuerig coffee maker, 14 cup coffee maker w/permanent filter, and more!

Huge main level ocean facing deck with outdoor dining, sun loungers and additional seating. Ground level has private outdoor hot/cold shower, 4 seat table, and covered parking.

Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong.

Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit.

Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc.

Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.
