Granby Ranch is a four-season mountain resort located just 90-miles West of Denver and 15-minutes north of Winter Park. This vacation rental is a 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a spacious 1276 sq ft. You will appreciate a private entrance and private balcony with breathtaking mountain views.

As you enter through the front door you will find a coat closet, ski storage, and a sitting area to slide into your boots and hit the slopes. A small flight of stairs takes you up to the main living area where you will be welcomed with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and windows boasting the incredible beauty of the Rocky Mountains! You will soon understand why we decided to call our home "Casa Cielo Azul". "Cielo" meaning Sky and "Azul" meaning Blue. It could also be that our address is BlueSky Trail! The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a countertop with 2 bar stools, dining area (seating for six), laundry room closet with a full-size washer and dryer, a double-sided gas fireplace separating the kitchen and family area, main floor master, full bathroom, and a private balcony with bar-style seating and gas grille. The 2nd floor has a loft with a sleeper sofa, perfect for lounging or reading the next New York Times best-seller, and a desk area to work or study when you have to take a break from playing. In addition to the loft, there is a full-size bathroom and the 2nd bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle.

Granby Ranch is nestled against the Continental Divide, home to Ski Granby Ranch, Bike Granby Ranch, Golf Granby Ranch and Fish Granby Ranch. Ski Granby Ranch: The Kicking Horse community has its own chairlift which is steps away from Casa Cielo Azul. With over 406 acres and 41 trails, Ski Granby Ranch is the family-friendliest ski resort around. Winter activities at the Ranch include Skiing (Both Downhill & Nordic), Snowboarding & Snowshoeing. Summer activities include Bike Granby Ranch: The resort's downhill, cross-country, and family biking trails draw cyclists from far and wide and are enjoyed by experts and beginners alike. Golf Granby Ranch is an 18-hole championship course and is consistently ranked as one of the top mountain courses in the state. Fish Granby Ranch – A private three-mile stretch of the Fraser River is a gold-medal tributary of the Colorado River. Fly fishing at the ranch is only accessible when accompanied by professional guides. In addition, hiking the Ranch offers 5,000 acres of Rocky Mountain views, an abundance of wildlife, aspens (amazingly beautiful in the fall) and sunsets that will truly take your breath away (and maybe the altitude).

If you decide to venture outside of the Ranch, Winter Park, The Fraser Tubing Hill, Devils Thumb Ranch, Snow Mountain Ranch, Hot Sulphur Springs Resort & Spa, Kremmling (A Sportsman’s Paradise), Arapahoe National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Granby and Grand Lake are just a short drive away.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed for short-term rentals due to the Kicking Horse HOA policies, and smoking in the unit is prohibited. These rules are strictly enforced and will incur a fine of $500/day if violated.
