Casa Overlook was specifically designed for large groups to enjoy each other’s company while soaking up the best ocean views in Hermosa. Our entire property has the perfect blend of common entertainment space balanced with privacy for your personal rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Our main house features an air-conditioned great room that hosts a fully equipped kitchen with a vaulted Costa Rican wood ceiling, floor to ceiling window wall to enjoy the incredible ocean and jungle views. Adjacent to the great room is an amazing infinity-edge pool with a sunken bar and outdoor kitchen area. Our outdoor area is perfect to host weddings, corporate events and family reunions.

The Villa sits ten minutes south of Jaco with its great nightlife, casinos and incredible restaurants. Hermosa beach is a three-to-five-minute drive and boasts amazing restaurants and frequent surfing events.

Casa Overlook is the ultimate family and friends Villa. With eight bedrooms the villa is the perfect tropical oasis providing privacy and a separate common area. Plenty of space to enjoy the infinity-edge pool listening to your favorite music while enjoying a refreshing cocktail.

We have two King beds, four Queen beds, three full and two singles.
