This beautiful condo is on the 18th floor of the Emerald Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. It has one bedroom and two full bathrooms (the master bath has a Garden tub), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people (preferable up to 3 adults). The condo has tile floor and recently updated furniture and appliances, such as sofa bed & love set, refrigerator & dishwasher, microwave oven & washer/dryer combo, TV (55" at the living room), king-size mattress, outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor Adirondack chairs, Keurig-style coffer maker,.....

I really enjoyed the place. My family was very pleased and happy with the residence. We had a great time, place was very clean and met all expectations. The view was awesome and the elevators are super fast while riding.

Wonderful Vacation!

We loved the condo, plenty of space with modern amenities and FANTASTIC view! If we go back to Panama City Beach, we’ll definitely look for the same condo. The owner was VERY attentive and responded promptly to any questions we had before & during our stay. I highly recommend this property for fellow VRBO stays.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Debbie was a perfect rental contact. Responded to all questions immediately and left nothing to wonder about! It was the cleanest beachfront stay we have ever had. We hauled our bikes down for Thunder Beach and had no hassle about parking Truck/Trailer and the bike! The view was great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely get this same room with the same contact on my next trip! Thank You for the great Anniversary and Bike Rally stay!!!!!

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay! One of the nicest condos we've stayed at in a while. Room was clean with 1 minor issue that was taken care of. Debbie was easy to communicate with and very nice. We have stayed at this resort twice now and plan to come back again! My only request is to supply at least 1 tide pod for guests to be able to do a load of laundry. We hope to book again!

Wonderful Condo

We loved the condo. It was clean and spacious. Every detail was in order, and we had everything we needed. Debby gave great directions for the parking garage and entering the property, but I was still a little confused after driving a long way and being tired. I think it would be helpful to know that you are looking for the brightly painted wall in the parking garage to find the elevator as the Emerald Beach signs were a little lacking. Overall it was a fantastic vacation experience for us.

Great Condo!

We had a great time!! The view from the balcony was our favorite. The kitchen was very nice and the bed was comfortable to us. Several beach front resturants and activities within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the host was very communicative and accomidating. The bedroom gets a little warm if you close all the doors, but was cooler the second night when we left the bathroom and bedroom doors opened to circulate the AC better. Also, some of the bedroom outlets are controlled by a switch on the wall, so make sure it is on when you plug up your phones at night or they wont charge. We would definitely come back!

Amazing condo and beach location!!

My family and I (3 adults + 7 year old child) absolutely loved the condo! The pictures actually didn't represent how much space there is. Plus we were impressed with how clean and fresh everything felt. My wife and I have an amazing foam mattress and home and we literally LOVED the bed at this unit. It was so unbelievably comfortable - maybe the most comfortable of any rental that we've ever stayed. The bunk beds had really comfortable, thick mattresses too. The bunk beds are very close to the outside door, so you can expect a little hall noise, but it didn't bother my mother or daugther at all. The kitchen was clean and spacious. It could have used more utensils and a few more supplies, but we made do without any problem. The balcony and view were stunning!! The balancy is GIGANTIC! The owner was very accommodating and nice, and fortunately we didn't have any issues that required us to interact. Thanks again for everything!

The beach and ocean view from the balcony was even more beautiful than pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were even some beach chairs for guest use. Host was very responsive when messaged. 10/10 recommend this property. Use of 3 different pools and easy beach access. I can hardly wait to stay here again! Love love love!!!! The 1 and only 1 con to this property was there was no space to put groceries away as the pantry doors were locked.

We had the best stay. Condo was true to pictures and listing. The owner gave the best instructions and checked in to make sure everything was good. Condo was with walking distance to everything we needed. We had 4 ladies that when on the trip and every bragged about the condo.
