The Space:

Palm SunDaze offers everything you could want for the perfect family beach getaway. This spacious home features a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, a separate ice maker, and brand-new cookware, including a Cuisinart air fryer, food processor, a toaster, and a DeLonghi grill/griddle with panini press and waffle maker. The open-concept first floor includes a large living room with seating for eight around a 55" Smart TV with surround sound, a dining area that seats eight, and a kitchen bar with seating for four. The first-floor master suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and en suite bath with double vanity and tiled shower.



Upstairs, the second floor includes three additional king bedrooms—one with an en suite bath and the other two sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom with a double vanity. Each bedroom is equipped with a 42” Smart TV. The third floor is a kids' dream: a cozy bunk room that sleeps five, complete with its own full bathroom and a 42" Smart TV loaded with streaming options and cable.



One of the home’s highlights is the stunning third-floor balcony lounge. With outdoor seating for 11, a dining table for six, an outdoor kitchen prep area with a sink and mini fridge, and a big screen flat-panel TV, it's the perfect setting for morning coffee, movie nights, or evening cocktails. The second floor also features a balcony with new seating for six, providing yet another spot to relax and unwind.



Located just one block from Seacrest’s iconic lagoon pool, Palm SunDaze is ideally positioned for enjoying everything the community has to offer. Shops, restaurants, and bike rentals are just steps away, and in the evenings, Rosemary Beach is an easy stroll with its charming coffee and ice cream shops. For your convenience, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided. At Palm SunDaze, good times and tan lines truly await!



Guest Access:

Guests of Palm SunDaze have access to the entire five-bedroom house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully-equipped kitchen, the living room with Smart TV and surround sound, and the dining area. Enjoy the outdoor spaces, including the third-floor balcony lounge with seating, dining table, outdoor kitchen prep area, and TV, as well as the second-floor balcony. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to the Seacrest Beach Resort pool and surrounding amenities, just a block away.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the charm of our neighborhood, perfectly positioned near the Seacrest Beach entrance. Within easy walking distance, you'll find a delightful selection of gift shops, restaurants, and convenient bike rentals. As evening descends, take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to the enchanting Rosemary Beach, a short distance away. There, you'll discover an inviting ice cream shop, a guaranteed favorite for the kids, and a cozy coffee shop perfect for your relaxation. Getting Around:

Getting around Palm SunDaze is a breeze! You'll find free parking available on the premises for multiple vehicles. The house is ideally located near the Seacrest Beach entrance, making it easy to walk, bike, or drive to nearby shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. While public transportation isn't readily available in this area, the proximity to everything you need makes getting around effortless. For those arriving by air, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

Please note: Any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear available are provided as a complimentary amenity. LUXE 30A does not guarantee the inclusion or perfect working order of these items. They are not part of the rental agreement.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
