We do want to clarify for future guests that our listing clearly notes that certain spaces are not included in the rental — including the utility closet, garage, cleaning supply closet, and a private bedroom we retain for personal use. This is common in owner-occupied vacation rentals, and we do our best to be transparent about it upfront. Regarding laundry, we do not advertise laundry access in our listing, so unfortunately that is not an amenity we offer at this time. We appreciate the feedback about the stairs and will look for ways to make that information more prominent for guests who may have mobility considerations. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

Was not happy at all. Tried to charge us extra for adding one additional person. Spent 8 hours on the phone with Vrbo and messaging back and forth with the owner. Pictures were not accurate. Family room looked bigger in picture. But there they had a bed behind the couch. Couldn’t even walk around couch because of all the tables. In Listing shows there’s keurig coffee. It was completely empty. The spiral staircase was not pictured either and was very difficult for kids. Won’t be staying here again

The additional charge reflected the extra guest added beyond the reservation’s confirmed occupancy, which is standard and outlined in our listing terms. Our home does include a Keurig machine as shown; coffee pods are not included and guests are welcome to bring their own, as is common practice for most rentals. The living room furniture can be rearranged for more space, and we’re happy to assist with layout suggestions during check-in. We do disclose the spiral staircase in our listing details and photos, and we understand it may not suit every family’s needs. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in finding a rental that’s the perfect fit.

Such a nice house. Spacious and everything you could possibly need. Nice garden with bbq. Washing machine and dryer and the beds were very comfortable.

House was perfect for my family. Everyone enjoyed playing Pac Man. 6 year old granddaughter was so excited to sleep in the room at the top of the spiral stairs!

Fantastic place!

This house had everything we needed and more for a family with small children! The home itself was gorgeous and immaculately clean and the living space was huge enough to accommodate a large playpen for our toddler. Check in and check out were easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very kind, communicative and helpful! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Close to rink

We were in town for hockey. This place was spacious, clean and 5 minutes from the rink. The owner is extremely responsive to any communication. It was exactly what we needed to keep the guys fed and well rested. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The house is wonderful. Everything is very clean. It has everything you need to spend time with family and friends. There are places nearby, including the ocean, where you can swim and fish. There are small grocery stores. I had a relaxing weekend. I'll be back next year.

Awesome property - loved our stay. We recommend the beach a little further away- the closest beach to the house isn’t as nice. Sukhi was a communicative and helpful host! Definitely book!

I’ll definitely book again!

The place is not only so clean and beautiful! It is SO cozy. My friends and I couldn’t stop talking about how the place feels like our own home. I’d honestly rebook just for the living room couch. The host is very friendly and very easy to communicate with!

Comfortable and well equipped

The house was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the kitchen/ dining room area was a great space for conversation and visiting with the other guests. The beach was just a short walk and really enhanced the experience. The backyard patio was also very comfortable. A very nice experience!

Amazing home

Hello! My family of 14 and I stayed in this home for the long weekend and we had an amazing time. Bring 25 minutes from long branch, the house was a perfect spot not too close to the beach area but also not too far. There were a bunch of grocery stores with close vicinity of the home, such as an authentic Asian/Chinese mark my family and I enjoyed. The backyard is perfect for grilling and chilling as well! The attic bedroom is also PERFECCTTT and soo cozy!

Great Rental in a Peaceful Neighborhood

My friends and I had a great time staying at this house for our friend's bachelorette weekend. Although we didn't end up going to the beach due to the unexpected weather, we made the best of the trip by visiting nearby eateries and sights. I highly recommend Fox Hollow Vineyard and Viva Margarita! Regarding the rental, the house is as depicted in pictures and has a lovely backyard that's great for sitting and enjoying coffee in the morning. The host was super responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, I recommend it if you plan on staying in the area.
