Location...Location...Location!! This recently remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Lake Harmony retreat is perfectly situated at the base of Big Boulder ski resort and Lake Club... PRIME location! 1 mile to the beach access for the lake club and to ski or tube on Big Boulder Mountain Resort. One Epic day ski pass lets you ski at either Big Boulder (BB) or Jack Frost Mountain (JF). Ski during the day at JF and head near our house to night ski under the lights at BB. They have day skiing at BB too.
The minute you step into our home you will feel the mountains calling you. Decorated with a mountain/lake feel and roomy enough to bring both family and friends along. The beach features a large swim area, beach chairs, water rentals of all kinds, a tiki bar (boulder view tavern), pool, playground, beach volleyball and more. Our private home offers a spacious living room which allows both family and friends to spread out and relax. The master bath also has a beautiful soaker tub, which is prefect after a long day of skiing or playing by the beach. Our beautiful outdoor deck has a propane fire pit and propane gas grill. Kitchen has anything you may need to cook at home or order in. In close proximity to Lake Harmony's indoor waterpark, movie theater, bars, dining, hiking, mini golf, golf, ice cream shops and more. A short drive to The Crossings Premium Outlets, casinos, other waterparks and more. A wonderful place to get away. We looking forward hosting you and your family/friends! Great house and location - lots of family fun activities close by. Host was great with communication and information.We did hiking, rafting, paintball, waterpark (with poconos whitewater), mountain coaster and of course the lake. Nice area and easy to find stores. We would stay here again- the kids loved it- especially the bunkbed rooms:)

A great friend getaway

Jason and Jackie's home was a great stay for our group of 9 adults (3 couples, 3 singles). The 2nd floor openness provides plenty of large space to easily accommodate all of us being together without feeling like we were on top of each other. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and there was plenty to keep us entertained both in the house and on the lake/ in the surrounding area. Our hosts were great with communication and we greatly enjoyed our vacation.

Super home with all the appointments! Wehad three generations of family together. The kitchen was well stocked and the center Island was very convenient to use as a table or serving area. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, the ping-pong, the scooters, the large TV in the living room, the fire pit and the great deck. We were able to spend a beautiful day at the lake club. We also played tennis, went to Jim Thorpe, hiked to the waterfalls, went over to the Poconos Raceway, played golf and went to the Mountain Valley winery, which is excellent. Now I need some time to recoup.!

Beautiful property

We are looking for a house for our family and saw so many great reviews and they did not lie. This House was everything we needed for our family that had joined us for my daughters and son’s birthday. The lake and pool was close to the house so that’s a definitely a plus. Jackie and Jason were so helpful and very quick to answer our questions. Rooms are big, the garage has great games for all the family to be entertained. Would definitely recommend this home.

Family Vacay - Lake Harmony

I cannot say enough good things about this property and our hosts. The house was spotless, as was the hot tub, which was awesome. I had my three children and their significant others (all adults) as well as my 86 year old mother and our 2 dogs with me! There was PLENTY of room for us. We all were blown away by the size of the couch in the main living room area. I don’t think we’ve ever been anywhere, including our homes, where the entire family could sit on the same couch comfortably!!The owners were extremely attentive and informative, which was great as this was our first visit to Lake Harmony. The lake club membership was great as well. It gave a beach feel even though we were in the mountains. I highly recommend this property and these owners.

A Great Getaway!

This property was to die for! Super clean, super cozy, absolutely love the set up in each room. My family and I felt like we were right at home. Perfect for kids, lots of space and my absolute favorite the fireplace!! Spent a weekend there and would totally do it again more than once!

Beautiful home

We were very comfortable and pleased overall. Host was very friendly and helpful. We only had two issues; one resulting from the other: There is no game room as advertised. Its the garage and you can set up a ping pong table there or use the other games in there - but only if you don't want to park cars in the garage. Also, its a garage - not heated. We had young children and it was rainy and cold. So the kids had to play in there all weekend. That meant we had couldn't park any cars in there. That led to the 2nd issue: parking. We were a large group that drove from several states in multiple cars and had to use the overflow parking lot a bit of a distance away. Since it was raining the whole time, we had to arrange for someone to ferry others to park and retrieve cars. So, my suggestion is "please remove the Game Room" from the description and headline. Once we dealt with that problem, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Perfect Stay for a Large Group – Amazing Host & Location!

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Harmony house! The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 15—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Jason was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything to make our stay enjoyable. From start to finish, communication was great, and the attention to detail made all the difference. The location was beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a fantastic place in Lake Harmony!

Great stay!

The house was everything we expected and more! We had 5 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of space to enjoy family time together! The house and development is conveniently located and in walking distance (although we drove) to jfbb. The kids loved snow tubing! The house is very well stocked and clean. We will definitely rent here again. Jackie was a fantastic host! Thank you for a wonderful family weekend.

Full house full of fun!

First the owners were very attentive and answered any texts within minutes! House is literally up the road from boulder mountain where we chose to snow tube and snow board. Kids had a blast! Went to Boulder View Tavern for dinner one day right down the block and they were able to accommodate our large family

Great property close to everything in the Poconos

This is a VERY well-maintained property with a very responsive and helpful host. We really enjoyed the hot tub, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Good location for skiing

This house was very nice and very comfortable, beds included. You can't beat the proximity to the mountain - we walked down the few blocks to ski, and the mountain is lit up a night which you can see right out the living room windows. Kitchen has all you should need for a stay, even with a big group. I'm taking a star off because there were a few features that were in the listing but then not there when we arrived. I spoke with the owners, they were very nice and quick to respond and explained why they weren't there but it would've been nice to be notified beforehand. Overall a great stay but we all felt a little shortchanged with the missing items.

Excellent Vacation Getaway

As an owner of a rental property I’m pretty picky when it comes to staying places and usually find quite a few things that are missing or need updated. Not the case with this vacation home. Excellent location, excellent responsive owner and beautiful house. Recommend to couples, families, friends. The bunk rooms were key to make the stay great:) Owner was very responsive We already booked next year before our stay was over!

Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Jackie and Jason’s beautiful home. They are most responsive hosts. Our family consisted of eight adults and four children ranging from age nine months to seven years. There was something to do for everyone. The children had a great time in the house as well as at the lake. The house is fully equipped with toys and activities for the children and for the adults. Everything in the house is fully functioning. The house is very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everyone loved the hot tub which was sparkling clean. The house was very comfortable. The bedroom spacious. Our hosts were quickly available for any questions that came up. However, the word document provided a couple of weeks before we arrived at the home was quite informative. We hope to vacation at this home again.

Great mountain house!

The house was clean and very spacious. Jason & Jackie were perfect hosts who answered any question we had promptly. The check in process was super easy. The nearby lake club was really convenient & clean and the staff were top notch. So much to do with a large pool and a lake area for swimming, boating and fishing. The hot tub was great as well. One tip I have is if you order sheet sets for the beds from the company that is recommended, they do not come with fitted bed sheets. You may need to ask for them additionally.

Fantastic Property and Even Better Hosts

13 of us stayed at this beautiful property for Easter weekend and had an amazing time! The home is warm, spacious and inviting, close to the lake and activities. The 5 bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed. More than the home however, the owners are wonderful. Jason and Jackie went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. We are looking forward to staying again!

Lake Harmony Stay

My party and I had an amazing time at this house. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. The house was perfect and everything was easy to find. We walked down to the lake within 10 minutes and the sunset was beautiful. The couch is super comfortable and the hot tub was a great bonus. Thank you to the owners for being so great! Hope to stay here again in the future. :)

Perfect Home away from Home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jason and Jackie’s beautiful home. We had 3 families; 6 adults, 6 kids under the age of 11 and a dog. The house was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll ever need, including counter top and seating for all to gather. There is so much space in this house! The kids loved the garage games and downstairs bunk room while the adults were able to relax upstairs. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Jason and Jackie were perfect hosts, providing information and making themselves available for any of our questions. We had the best Thanksgiving together with close friends and look forward to returning!

Girls Trip

We were thrilled with the house. Awesome for large groups. The owners were great to communicate with and everyone had a great time. The neighborhood has a security officer patrolling and they were friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Golf Week

WEnt there with 16 guys to go golfing, location was very easy to get to and location was close to golf courses. House was exceptional and everybody got a good night sleep in the comfortable beds.

We have a membership for the Boulder View Lake club and that allows our renters the opportunity to purchase passes for the lake club during the stay. The fees are $75 for four passes for four consecutive days. They do customize things for our renters depending on your group size and I have a contact that I can forward to finalize things for you and your guests prior to your arrival.
