Charming 2021 renovated townhouse, great location!

Communication with the owner is the best that I have ever had. The house had been redone and the kind of floors put in made a lot of noise for those in the lower bedrooms. It is ideally situated to the slopes. If you have kids that like to ski in and out it is perfect for them.
This house is perfect for a family/friends getaway! Our family of four stayed in this house for three days while skiing at Camelback. We knew the house was close to the slopes, but it was still so amazing to actually experience it!! Seriously, you walk out the door and youâre on the slopes in less than two minutes. We were able to come back to the house and have a leisurely lunch each day. So convenient! The house has recently been remodeled and it is beautiful! It is generously stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms (plenty of soap, paper towels, and toilet paper). There was plenty of space in the house for us to spend time together as a family, as well as for each of us to have our own space. The owner was so kind, communicative, and helpful. This was a pleasant experience all the way from booking through check out. We highly recommend this property.
We had a wonderful time at this Ski-in-Ski-out condo at Camelback. The location was perfect. We had stayed at other similar condos in the same complex before, but this one was the best:
* good access to the slopes: not just a short walk, but an easy walk from the parking lot to the slope. Some other condos were close to the slopes, but you have to get through a muddy, rocky, section to get there. Not easy.
* an easy part of the trail. All the ski-out condos are on the "Laurel Glade" trail at Camelback, but some of them are higher up on the "blue" part of the trail. This was near the bottom of the "green" part of the trail, a lot easier for the kids.
* Easy access from parking lot. Many of the condos in the complex are only accessible through extensive stairwells, which are not so easy in icy weather.
The condo itself was great, much more stylish and elegant than others we've stayed at. The owners obviously put a lot of care and thought into the place. They had even just gotten a "classic arcade games"console/cocktail table with all the great 80s and 90s games (PacMan, Space Invaders, etc.), which was a huge hit with the kids (and the overgrown kids who relived their youthful Frogger obsession).
It was a terrific stay, the best we've had at Camelback. Highly recommended. We will be back next season.
If you plan to ski at Camelback, you can not beat this location. It is just steps away from the slope and so nice to walk right over and ski down. The house is very clean and provided everything we needed for our ski getaway.
Great stay slope side at Camelback. Owner Lin was very responsive to a few questions we had upon arrival. Kids loved the arcade machine after skiing. Will do it again!
The photos and description were extremely accurate. The townhouse was very well equipped and stocked. Just minutes from the waterparks and mountain adventure, which is what brought us here.
Lin's communication was terrific, both before we arrived and while we were there and had occassional questions.
We expect to return next summer or the one after when our granddaughter is old enough to enjoy the activities.
