This fully-renovated oceanfront villa is not only impeccable but has lovely ocean views throughout. With an open, modern & sleek style, this home is perfect for guests seeking a luxury beach vacation.

This unit is loaded with upgrades, including marble countertops, track lighting and custom artwork. The large living and dining areas have vaulted ceilings and open up to a spacious balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances, an induction cooktop, drawer-style refrigerator/freezers, and a reverse osmosis water system. The kitchen area includes a beverage refrigerator with ice maker that is perfect for entertaining. A separate butler’s pantry contains additional food storage and preparation space, sink, and coffee station.

With two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the villa comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and is perfect for couples, friends or a family of four. The bedroom has a large closet with custom storage, a bathroom with double vanities featuring cypress wood, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are oceanfront and walk-out sliding glass doors to the patios.

The four separate outdoor spaces offer peaceful garden settings. The large private-entry courtyard area is ideal for grilling, relaxing on the patio, and enjoying the community pool just outside the door. Both lower-level patios are furnished and ideal for quiet relaxation. The upstairs balcony has an outdoor heater for cooler evenings.

For guests desiring spaces for remote work or school, there are two separate work areas. Choose from the beautiful desk on the second-level with fantastic views or the more private desk space in the guest bedroom. The lower-level workspace also has lovely views and is ideal for quiet work/study and virtual meetings.

There is a private carport for one vehicle and guest parking nearby. Beach towels and chairs are available for personal use.

Pool is heated most of the year except December and January.

Weekly Only; Saturday to Saturday from June 1st - mid-August

Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: was very disappointed that the villa did not have a garage? it did have a carport which was no where near the villa. You had to park in street and un load all your things, and walk around the pool and down to the villa. the villa also had both bedrooms 2 flight of stairs down? which I was not aware of very hard to get luggage down there. It's a good thing I did not bring my granddaughter that has peanut allergies( has eppi pen) because you all left us a gift of peanut butter fudge, it was good but could have killed her..NOT GOOD ( it wasn't even labeled as peanut butter?)We have stayed at every resort in the Omni, this one had the worst access.. such a shame
