Fantastic condo to stay at! We have stayed at many different condos at Orange Beach and this one is our favorite! It was clean, stocked well, and beautifully decorated. The balcony furniture was amazing! The check in and check out was very easy. We will definitely be booking again!

Great Place!

It was a lovely place to stay. The bedrooms were nice and balcony was amazing. It was close to a lot of our favorite places to go as well.

The unit was as pictured. Roomy and comfortable for party of 4. Could use some paint updates. Missed not having a crock pot. Loved the separate ice maker. Not particularly handicap friendly. Needs grab bars in second bathroom. Lack of drawers in 3rd bedroom. Too many unit storage items in the closets. The decor is beachy and attractive. However, a few less decor items on flat surfaces would allow renters to place personal items. Despite what may sound like “negatives” we enjoyed the unit and would not hesitate to rent again.

This is our second time staying in this condo. We love the ocean vibes of the condo, it feels like home away from home and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook. We love it here!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Had such an enjoyable stay in this beautiful condo! It’s a great location, awesome view of the ocean from the balcony on the couch, spacious, great amenities, friendly staff, beach is easily accessible - truly a perfect getaway! I will definitely choose to stay here again!

The property was beautiful and better than it states online. We were thrilled with our accommodations and will definitely be back to book this location. Everything was just perfect even down to our amazing beach attendant Hugh!

Great stay

Great views, great balcony, good location. Kitchen and Master bath kind of outdated. Master shower a lil shabby, but all functional. Overall, clean and welcoming. We all had a great time.

Great Family Vacation

I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s an exceptionally good place- this is it! We had a wonderful family vacation on Orange Beach and had an opportunity to stay in this awesome condo and our own condo that was next door! This condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable for our family! We will definitely be renting it again!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Only negative was that the dishwasher didn’t work upon arrival and the hosts weren’t in a hurry to fix it. We never received an ETA on when it would be fixed, so we had to wash dishes all week. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the area and condo is great! We loved the decoration. The only thing that could improve was some of the pans were really dirty. Master bathroom toilet seems like it’s going to break every time you sit down.

Beautiful View

We loved the beautiful view from both the front of the building and the back facing the Gulf. Great location, nice bu9ilding, lots of elevators and easy parking. The have lots of flat carts and shopping carts to make an unloading your stuff super easy. Easy access to restaurants, bike and walking trails, and we loved that we could walk right on to the beach from the property. The room itself was nice but could use a few maintenance repairs and touch ups to make it 5 stars.

Staying Beachside

A unit with great views of the ocean, nice pools and hot tubs, and lovely beachy decor. Wouldn’t recommend this unit if traveling by plane as it didn’t have basic supplies (tp, dishwasher detergent) or any beach necessities such as towels, chairs, umbrella that we typically enjoy at a beach rental condo. Can rent chairs and umbrella at beach but it’s pricey! Good location with lots of great restaurants accessible by car.

The balcony was amazing! We spent a lot of time out there. The room itself was great. Very spacious, decorated nicely. The master bath could be updated. Adding more mirrors would be nice to get ready in the natural light as supposed to the dark bathroom. It was clean. The place itself, Phoenix VII was struggling during our stay. The parking lot was caved in and they were doing construction on that. It was a small parking lot and it was hard to find a spot that our truck could fit into. We lost power for an hour one day, and then they shut our water off for an entire day! All in the same week. Not our renters fault but they did absolutely nothing for us but say, sorry. Overall is was a good experience.
