Beautiful

Our accommodations were nice and close enough to the beach to walk every day. We were a little disappointed with how crowded the beach was but that is no fault of the owners. It just seemed to be a busy week at Lido Beach. We had amazing weather and the water and beach were beautiful. Definitely would rent there again.

Great location

The property was a little dated, but the location, cleanliness, and layout were perfect. We enjoyed the small courtyard outside and loved being a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Lovin' Lido!

Leave the chilly north for the sunny sands of Lido Beach! Spent a little of each day on the sand then explored the wide array of restaurants for lunch or dinner. Stopped at Pirate City to watch the Bucs practice so we know summer is on the way! Sarasota is a great city with many, many things to do!

Perfect Stay

It was everything that was on the site, close to the beach, we walked to the beach everyday, very clean, everything you may need if you wanted to cook and we did breakfast everyday and a coffee pot. Outside area to sit. Spoke to the owner several times just to chat a very loverly person. I highly recommend and look forward to renting next year. 😎

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved using the wagon to take things to the beach. We enjoyed shelling and just sitting on the sand. The "red tide" did cause a few problems the last day of our stay. Hope to return in November.

Location, VALUE, Location!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental was perfect for two couples! We were VERY near Lido Beach. The kitchen was so well stocked that we barely had enough room for our food! Gino and Jeanette were quickly available.

Barone Beach Trip 2022

This was our 2nd stay at Gino & Jeannette’s Lido Beach condo. CLEAN! Only 2 blocks from the beach, plus they provide a cart to bring your chairs, cooler, towels to the beach- so close & easy! They’re very accommodating!! 5 stars for convenience & cleanliness!

Family Weekend to visit college student

We selected this location to be close to the beach and spend time with my daughter who is at school in Sarasota. This location is in a nice private neighborhood, with a little construction going on next door. It was very easy to get to the beach, to St. Armand Circle, which we visited a lot and to the mainland. We had what we needed for our 4-day stay. My only recommendation would be an upgrade to the beach chairs which were provided to us, but are not in the best condition. Inside was clean and comfortable.

The 2 two bedroom apartments I rented were perfect for our family vacation. It was very close to our friends and the beach. I would definitely rent this again!

Beware of construction site

The property was close to beach and St Armand’s Circle, but unfortunately it was 10 ft from a property under construction-noise from 8 am to 4 pm. I realize that Gino has no control over this situation, but the renters should aware of it. It’s impossible to be outside that rental during that time. The kitchen needs updating. The knobs on the ancient stove have no marks to identify the temperature. Overall, the unit was clean and location, great.

Great condo close to lido beach

Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to the beach just a short walk away. Also close to town with plenty of resturants to choose from. Also had chairs an other misc beach items for guests to use.

Great location!

Had a great long weekend at this rental. Close walk to both the beach and St Armond’s Circle. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagons were all provided. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Could use updated decor.

Everyone associated with the property was extremely kind and accommodating. They were easy to reach and quick to help. We were there for a short trip/wedding so we did not take full advantage of what was offered. The property was clean and seemed to be in the process of some curb appeal. It has all the basics one would need.

Vacation

We love coming to Lido Beach. This place was great for a family of 5. Staff is very friendly and Gino was a great host. This isn’t a 5 star hotel, but very accommodating with lots of extras (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas ect) so no need to go buy all that. This is a a short 2 minute walk to the beach, or 5 minutes to the shops at St. Armands. Only downfall,I did not know the washer and dryer was shared between all 8 units, just an FYI. I will definitely come back.

Great location Near the beach

Listing says 3 bedroom but details says 2 bedrooms with 2 pull out couches. So it was okay. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient. Location very convenient so if a family member or child wanted to go back it was a short easy walk back and forth! Plenty of activities and dining near by
