The apartment is Garden level. For your comfort, the bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress and the living room a sofa bed with a comfortable full-size foam mattress. It can host a family of three. This fascinating and immaculate unit is also newly renovated, furnished, and accessorized for stays of 29 days or more.

Modern chef style kitchen nicely updated with dining for four. Quartz counters, European wood cabinetry, all new professional Stainless Steel appliances. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, smart Keurig coffee machine, smart microwave, toaster and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal or to cook grandma’s recipes.

Choose between having breakfast sitting by the stone breakfast nook, or outside to the front patio/garden, enjoying the sunshine. This smart unit boasts open plan living, with exposed brickwork and stunning artwork. An ideal base to explore Boston.

Our welcome curtesy package besides the high tech voice command, which you don’t have to use if you do not want to, includes snacks, coffees for the Keurig, teas a bottle of wine and free laundry. The kitchen comes well equipped with all the basics you may expect, even purified water.

The Living room is an open space concept. As you walk in the apartment you will be welcomed from an original decorative fireplace with a marble mantel that makes a true South End brownstone. Custom windows with automated blinds allow the sun light to invade the apartment. The natural finished hardwood floors throughout reveal its character. When night falls those who like to set a romantic tempo can use their voice or the remote control to set the lights. Above the mantel is a 60” smart TV with complimentary Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, music videos and many more. For those who would like to work quicker so they can get out there to enjoy our beautiful city our fast 1000 Mbps WIFI internet connection is ready to make it possible. There are USB Charging ports on most of the outlets and ethernet connections. Including blue tooth port to listen to your own music

The Bedroom
The closet is located to your left as you walk in. Clean extra towels, blankets, pillows, and sheets are in the side draws under the bed. The ironing board is inside the mirror cabinet located next to the bathroom door. The iron and accessories are inside the vanity. Both outlets next to the bed have USB ports. The lamps provide lighting for his and hers reading. The fireplace sets a romantic mood or simply relaxes you. Admire the view of the fire only mode in a home that boasts a crisp, modern feel while still feeling comfortable and inviting. A second LG TV is wall mounted in the bedroom.

The Bath
The bathroom has a contemporary vanity with a linear drain sink. A smart mirror with light mode for make up or shaving settings. A soaking tub, with a dual hand-held shower and rain head will relax you in no time. You will find all the toiletries you need inside the vanity cabinet. Complimentary high-end washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Please note the bathroom is by the bedroom (en-suite style).

Our historic neighborhood is surrounded by everything. You can walk pretty much anywhere in Boston from the South End. The Freedom Trail is 13 minute walk. Also, the Orange line (subway) and Commuter rail 8 minutes walk. Public transportation, Blue-Bike city bike rental and Zip car are around the corner. The Duck Boat tours are a great way to see Boston.
