A perfect escape! Relax in the family friendly neighborhood and peaceful 3 bedroom home. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. Second bedroom includes a king bed and a desk. Third bedroom includes a queen bed. The two other bedrooms share a hall bath. Main level includes a family room and bottom level basement is finished living room.
Additional sleeping arrangements include a king and queen size air mattress.

Linens, towels, and kitchen essentials provided. High speed internet and cable TV also included.

To allow us time to be able to come in and sanitize space thoroughly before next guest arrival, guests will be required to pick up and clean up after themselves. Please leave all dishes in dishwasher and start cleaning cycle on highest heat setting.
Please ensure all trash has been put in appropriate containers inside the home, any excessive trash has been taken to the bin outside. Do not throw loose trash in outside trash can.

Please be respectful of our furniture and do allow eating on it as we want to keep it in good condition for all of our guests. We do not charge a cleaning fee to keep our guests cost down, however if the house is left disorderly or dirty please expect to receive a cleaning charge after your stay if we deem it necessary.

No pets allowed on furniture.
Please pick up after pets. We will have a pooper scooper you can use to clean up the yard or you can use individual doggie bags.
