Beau condominium de vacances rénové

Notre condominium / appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé à un niveau très élevé, offrant confort et commodité. Il a été récemment rénové avec des planchers en bois installés partout en plus de tous les nouveaux meubles et de nouveaux appareils e. g. Téléviseur à écran plasma 42 pouces, four, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Il est entièrement climatisé et chauffé, avec des ventilateurs montés au plafond dans le salon et la chambre principale pour une circulation supplémentaire. Télévision couleur par câble multicanaux, DVD, téléphone et Wi-Fi sont fournis. Le salon a un magnifique plafond voûté qui ajoute à la sensation spacieuse de cette propriété de 1100 pieds carrés.

La cuisine spacieuse / salle de petit déjeuner est bien équipée avec les derniers appareils permettant des installations de restauration complète. Celles-ci comprennent un grand four électrique autonettoyant, un four micro-ondes, un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, un évier double avec poubelle, une cafetière et un grille-pain, un aspirateur, un téléphone et un sèche-cheveux. Beaucoup de fournitures de couverts, de la porcelaine, le changement des draps et des serviettes (à la fois la main et la taille de bain) sont fournis. Un lave-linge automatique, un sèche-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser sont également inclus.

Le condominium a deux chambres doubles et une twin qui est amplement d'espace pour jusqu'à 6 personnes. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative, d'une télévision par câble avec télécommande et d'un dressing. Il y a une salle de bain séparée pour les deux chambres restantes. Pour les petits enfants, un lit bébé est fourni. Toutes les chambres ont une grande armoire et un espace de stockage.

Notre condominium est situé au Sweetwater Club sur Siesta Lago Drive juste à côté de US192 et idéalement adapté pour toutes les attractions majeures (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Studios MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Universal Island of Adventure, Disney Animal Kingdom, etc.) . Les portes principales de Disney World sont à 5 minutes avec les attractions les plus éloignées étant Universal Studios à seulement 20 minutes. Sweetwater Club est à 25 minutes de l'aéroport international d'Orlando et le voyage est très simple.

Great spot, with a fantastic host!

What an absolute pleasure it was staying here. Frank, the owner was wonderful checking if we needed anything, asking if he could help. Making sure that we were comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything!!

All issues were rectified in a timely manner. Molded shower curtain we called and it was replace. There were small ants in kitchen.

Christmas holiday

We have just returned from 18 nights at Franks condo and had a lovely stay. Everything was great. good location, everything you would need for your stay was provided. Frank was a pleasure to deal with definitely going above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect with brilliant communication. We have stayed in this area many times and would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location, easy access to the parks. Frank (owner) was attentive and keen that we enjoyed our stay. Hayley (local contact) was quick to respond and offered lots of local knowledge. Wonderful Wonderful Property!!!

We had a ball, everything was clean, Disney was close by so we had no trouble getting to the parks. The pool area was great for the kids to enjoy… And Frank was an awesome host, we’ll be back again ☺️

This property was in a great location. A quick drive to Universal, but far enough away to be relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The property owner is a delight and incredibly easy to communicate and deal with.

Great location

It was very comfortable and homey. Rooms were nice size so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Pool was nice and clean. Great location to all the parks which is why we went in the first place! Very affordable also. We will definitely stay again when we need to stay in this area!

Would Stay Again

The location was a short drive to Walt Disney World which was of the reasons why we chose the condo. The pool is close to the home which is a plus. Some things need to be updated and changed but the condo itself was clean and a great size for my family. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with family!

My family and i stayed in aug. It was a great condo! Clean! Full of amenities and close to EVERYTHING! , with just enough distance to get away from the craziness and relax! Definitely will be visiting again! Also frank was awesome to work with!

Perfect location

The communication from the owner Frank was great from the start and continued the whole time. He gave us extremely comprehensive directions of how to get to the property which was really appreciated. Fortunately he also gave us a back up code to get into the property as the one previously given didnt work. The condo had everything we needed and it was lovely to walk back in to the aircon every evening! The automatic ice maker was also a lifesaver! The location is just perfect, only 15-20 mins to WDW and about 25-30 mins to Universal if you want to avoid the toll roads (which we did). We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the condo, very reasonably priced and it certainly sets your mind at rest when you receive such good communication from the owner.

Quiet and Peaceful

Perfect location. Close enough to everything but in a tucked away area allowing for down time when needed. Frank was very good in communicating and did so quickly...oftentimes before the property manager..who sometimes didnt respond at all. Thank you Frank for all you assistance.

Excellent Birthday week stay

Stayed for birthday week for my 4yo. She wanted a Disney trip. Frank was very communicative on how to get there and check in. He even checked up on us while we were there. Quiet area near Disney but far enough away from all the hustle. The place is very spacious and had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay. Just an FYI, it’s a second floor unit but the complex does not have any elevator. Thank you Frank.

Loved the place, the owner was amazing… I messed up with the arriba date, I was embarrassed to ask but did anyway ( he worked with me to have access to property a day ahead) communications with owner is excellent. Something broke in property message owner and even though he’s hours away he sent maintenance and quickly it was fixed. Friendly, professional, outstanding. Clean property, had a pool. Pool was clean. Overall loved it…

Nice little condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. I am going to leave a detailed review because I depend on them. Condo- Was really nice! Master bed is comfortable. Nice spacious living area. It is an older building so I think there are some wiring issues. Like the bathroom lights turn off after so long. Made for some dark surprises when my kids were bathing! They don't come right back on either. The shower light in the master turns on and off too. It was kind of weird. Nothing that affected our stay though. The fitted sheet on master bed is too small. Housekeeping has it stretched to fit and if you even sit on the bed it pops off. It needs to be replaced, but I'm nitpicking. The manager service here is great! The microwave broke, contacted management, and by the next day we came back to the condo to a brand new microwave! Nice! The kitchen is stocked with basics. They also have a highchair and crib stored in one of the large closets. Nice samsung tvs in the condo too. It was a great condo overall hence the 5 stars. Advice: Guide channel is 97. It took us to day 5 to find it and I don't want to bother the owner over something like that. Also, the dvd player has to be plugged in. You have to unplug the hdmi from the cable box out front to the dvd player to watch a movie. Really easy. Location- Is great! About 15-20 min to Disney and a little more to Universal. It is convenient to a lot of restaurants and stores. About 5 minutes from a publix, super target, sams club, and walmart. Advice: stay away from Walmart! It's crazy crowded all the time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It's a quite building. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to. Owner was great with communication. Would stay again.

We live in Ireland and travel to Florida as often as possible but at least twice a year. We found and fell in love with Sweetwater Club in the mid 1990's and purchased in 1999 . We find Sweetwater an ideal location for anything one would wish to do in central Florida , be it trips to all the wonderful Theme Parks , fabulous golfing or indeed the fantastic shopping ! We did a wonderful job of renovating our Unit and are very proud of the work undertaken . It has been called the nicest unit in Sweetwater .We hope you like it too .

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this location to buy in central Florida having spent some time considering all options . Sweetwater is wonderfully located for Disney and all the major Theme Parks but also close to all the Outlet Malls and a large numbers of fabulous Golf Courses . In this regard it ticked all the boxes for us and our friends and family and we have spent many holidays enjoying the sun , shops , worlds and golf . Perfect !
We have a wonderful local Management Company who liaise with our guests before , during and after their visit and are always available to help in any way that you might need.
Our primary concern is always to ensure that our guests have a wonderful time and fully enjoy all the home comforts of our lovely condo.

All the benefits of Central Florida abound . The Parks , the Outlet Malls plus the many Bars and Restaurants. We have a special interest in the many ,many Golf Courses in the vicinity . We have tried them all ( and mostly failed !) so if you need any recommendations, just let us know .
