In the living room, the couch pulls out into a queen sofa sleeper as well. Free access to WiFi internet ensures you can stay connected while still getting away from it all. For your convenience, ski storage is just outside the front door. This condo is also conveniently located near Grand Lake with Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park with Winter Park Ski Resort, beautiful mountain golf, snow tubing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and hot springs and so much more! In the summer, take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool, grill out on the community outdoor grill, or play a game of tennis or basketball on the on-site courts–boredom doesn't stand a chance here. The community pool is located at the base of Ski Granby Ranch in the Ranch Hall facilities. Access is available for a per-person fee to use the amenities. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
