Private beach access to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, and directly across the street to the iconic Señor Frogs and Sharky's restaurant! Located 1 mile from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Pier Park, walk to Gulf World, and a short drive to many of our sports complexes!

This one bedroom unit offers a King bed in the master suite and Queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with essentials, full sized refrigerator and washer and dryer.

We had a great week. The condo was very comfortable and located perfectly on our favorite little strip of Front Beach rd. Most of the essentials are provided. I dont recall seeing a blender, so if frozen drinks are your thing, maybe consider bringing your own. The couch was super comfy, but the pullout bed was far too uncomfortable to sleep on. My daughter chose to sleep on the couch without pulling out the bed part, and she says it was fine that way. The TV in the living room was big, has a beautifully picture, and the sound qualoty is good. No problems with the internet wifi. Overall, I was very happy with the rate for what we got in return. I would rent this unit again. Thank you for a great condo for a week of family fun.

Excellent stay - just missing a few small amenities

The condo was clean and cozy, with a comfortable couch and bed. Not a straight on view of the ocean, but you can see it from the side of the balcony and one of the bedroom windows. Or go down to the 4th floor pool deck for a nice, direct ocean view. Location is good, right across from Sharkey's and the beach, and walking distance to various other restaurants. We even walked down to Pier Park for NYE celebrations. Parking is easy and convenient. There are no beach towels or chairs provided, so just be aware that you will need to bring your own or purchase them down there.

Nice property, minor issues

Water pressure is an issue here. Unit is on 13th floor so takes 5+ minutes to build up before can shower. Had to go but extra toilet paper and trash bags as additional were not provided. It's not a bad place to stay, not best place I've ever stayed, either.

Loved the place ! Perfect for a getaway by yourself or with family. Nicely decorated. Everything you needed to stay a week or more. Location was great, as was access to the beach. Will definitely stay here again and advertise to friends and family 🌴

Quick beach trip

The room was in great shape and the hotel as a whole was in pretty good shape. The biggest issue was traffic in front of the hotel. Be sure to use the side roads to get around.

The condo meet our expectations. Everything was as described in the rental listing. Rental process and check-in was easy. Front desk employees were nice. Our family had an encounter with security while in the pool. She was very rude. She saw that we weren’t wearing our wristband and before we could explain that they were connect to lanyard we had on our cellphone in the chair next to the pool. She told us we needed them or we had to get out and proceeded to walk off. I observed several other people without their wristband on and they were allowed to show that they did have one in their possession. I understand the concept of the wristband but hate that one placed on your wrist your unable to remove it. I see it as a safety hazard because wearing it when not at the property allows others to know where you’re staying. This is the only reason my family and I will not return to this property.

We found this location at the last minute and it was a gem. 13th floor, stunning views from living and master bedroom. Clean rooms, well decorated and spacious for a family of 4. Within a mile from everything in PCB. We will definitely keep this one in mind when 2023 plans comes to mind.

Pros definitely outweigh the cons.

The property was exceptionally clean, however, our first night when we went to bed there was sand all over the sheets which led me to believe that the sheets had not been changed since the last guest. We were able to wash the linens in the room so it was a minor inconvenience. Other than the aforementioned the property was very nice with friendly staff.

Exceeded expectations

We’ve rented a number of vacation condos over the past several years, and this one was easily the cleanest and most comfortable unit yet. The location is very good, with the beach, several restaurants, and some attractions within easy walking distance. Amenities offered by the Origin at Seahaven include a nice pool and hot tub on the 4th floor, and a great observation deck on the 15th for a sweeping view of the beach. The rental transaction was completed entirely online, making it quick, efficient, and painless; looking forward to another stay at this property.

Great place that's close to the beach and all of the action!

This is a very nice condo unit that is directly across the street from the beach on the 13th floor of the complex. It's a very clean unit, with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. If I had to find one negative about this condo, it would be that there is only one bathroom and the only access to that bathroom is through the master bedroom. We had a teenager staying with us who would have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and have to come through our bedroom, just to use the bathroom. It's not a huge deal, and we would definitely stay there again but I thought it was worth mentioning. The host was also great with very good communication!

Thank you for your review. I agree that unit is not perfect for the bathroom access. We now have 3 other 1 bedrooms in the same building that offer 2 doors to the bathroom. If you come back to stay with us please let us help you decide which unit will suit your needs best. And of course return guest discount code. Great location

Great location and view. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and outhe popular tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
