The Space:

Welcome to your Cape Cod getaway! This recently renovated Harwich home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and space for up to 10 guests. A large screened-in porch and private backyard are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and opens to a dining area with seating for six. There’s also additional seating on the screened porch — a great spot for evening meals or morning coffee.



The living room has plenty of comfortable seating along with a smart TV for streaming. Fast WiFi runs throughout the house, ideal for entertainment or working remotely. Central A/C keeps the entire home cool and comfortable.



Outdoor amenities include a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and parking for up to four vehicles.



For help with sleeping arrangements:

Primary suite: first floor with one queen bed and en-suite bathroom

Two bedrooms upstairs each with TWO queen beds.

One of the two bedrooms upstairs has a sitting area with television.



A half bath is located on the main floor, with a full en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom and an additional full bathroom upstairs. After a day exploring Harwich’s beaches, the outdoor shower is the perfect place to rinse off the sand.

Please keep in mind:

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.



Guest Access:

Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!



Other Things to Note:

All guests to agree to our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.



PET FEE: $50 additional cleaning fee for each pet due at time of booking, up to 2 dogs. Dpgs must be at least 1 year old. Sorry no puppies!



Only 6 guests are included in the price there is a charge of $15 in excess per guest per night, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests.



RENTAL AGREEMENT: We will send you a rental agreement within 6 hours of booking. This is due within 24 hours or we have the right to cancel this booking with a 15% cancellation fee!



Part of the agreement:

In respect to our home and our neighbors please review and accept our rental agreement. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules:

-No additional guests without host approval

-No parties. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.

-Pets allowed with approval before arrival and subject to a pet fee of $50 per dog, up to two dogs allowed. Cats are not allowed.

-No sublet, and no packages may be sent to the house without host approval.

-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.



If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately.



No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
