Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Family trip

It was a family trip to Disney, it was enough room had everything we needed and we was close to water park and pool and also their store which was good only thing we was disappointed about was our private pool wasn’t cleaned for us and they left the hose inside the pool but once I reached out to them they did have somebody come clean it out , other then that we enjoyed our trip even my kids liked it

This is our 2nd stay in this property so we like it! Only issue is with the living room television..could not get local, live programming, only streaming platforms. We just didnt watch TV!

Ant Issue

There was a major issue with ants in this home. There was a large presence in the kitchen, however there were a few in both upstairs bathrooms as well. I did report the issue to Vacasa when they were first discovered and was told someone would be out to spray the home, but no one ever showed up.

Overall pretty good, but...

I tried contacting Vacasa property management through the messaging apps as well as the texts sent to me and didn't get responses for any of them. I had to call the office for the correct WiFi login info (which was incorrect when they sent it to me - both the network name AND password). Then, while it wasn't anything I necessarily expected immediate action on, I sent them messages about an ant infestation in the kitchen, bath faucets that rendered the bathtub useless (could only use the shower), and a clogged bathtub drain which left me standing in gross shower water to my calves. Still no reply. Not impressed with the upkeep of the property.

Spring Break stay

House was perfect for our stay. It was clean, good size and good location. All good! A couple things to be aware of - check in Saturday PM can get really backed up on the road and take upwards of an hour so plan ahead and the shower curtain in master bath should be replaced as it smells musty. We would stay here again.

Last minute gem

After having our first rental cancel 6 days before check in, we lucked into this gem. Clean. Well stocked with utensils and such. Around the corner from Walmart and restaurants. Close to Disney. Great communication. Comfortable beds. Enough hot water for 3 showers at a time even.

Be Aware - very Disappointing

The property Mgr didn’t honor what was advertised that if you search for pet friendly that this listing includes one pet fee. Vacasa mgmt said because they’re a 3rd party that’s not their policy so I had to pay for another dog. If your managing the property, manage the listing! This policy is illegal to list one thing and then charge for it on the backend when the customer can’t cancel or change reservation without losing more money. Very bad business. We weren’t listed at the gate house to be allowed in so that delayed our arrivals. Upon getting into the house, the wifi wasn’t working, after troubleshooting with the property mgr, I discovered someone turned off the switch that says don’t turn off for wifi. Why the cleaning crew didn’t double check this is beyond me. The TV in living room had no sound daily. After troubleshooting it daily we found a new solution fixed it daily. I read a review from July that complained of the the TV in the living room and assumed it’d be fixed, you know what they say about making assumptions... Fix your stuff. Paid for a heated pool which they didn’t even turn on until 3:30 in the afternoon of day two of my trip. Which to get that done took a couple calls to get it turned on. So of course it was unusable because a pool takes time to heat up, it was finally warmed up the last day of the trip! I was charged and paid for the heat for our entire trip. I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service about a refund for it, which we talked about on Tuesday and it’s now Friday and still nothing. Again, great customer service! There are mice in the walls in the upstairs master bedroom who come alive between 4-6am. The last night of stay, the TV in the master didn’t work, no picture. I gave up at this point, packed up my stuff and drive home a night early. I spent too much time troubleshooting and trying to get things to work or waiting for things to work, not how I wanted to spend my vacation. I’d recommend to put in a map of the property to know the locations and features of the community; b-ball courts tennis courts, dog park, clubhouse with pool and slides, etc. I’d also recommend to have games (board games, cards) available for renters. As well as cookie sheets for baking. One Pyrex isn’t really enough. I have sent several messages to the property manager while staying and no one ever got back to me. You should be ashamed of yourselves wasting peoples time and money.

This was a very spacious house with a great location. It was only 10-15 minutes from Disney and located in a gated community.

We enjoyed it very much

The only negative was getting the living room TV to work correctly (no sound!) Over a 3 day period. When maintenance finally arrived, he still could not get it to work but figured a way to "Jerry rig" it until a proper technician could fix it. We were satisfied. We would definitely return!

Needs some TLC

The TV in the family room had no sound when it was on live TV. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom did not work. The dryer timer did not work. Maintenance was unresponsive to these problems. The rest of the unit was very nice. The facilities were enjoyable.

Great Stay

The property was ready when we arrived. We did have issues trying to figure out how to work the tv in the living room but we eventually figured it out. The beds were great, but I would recommended updating the living room furniture. I would also recommend providing information on restaurants, stores, etc to your guests. It comes in handy when you’re visiting and and not familiar with the are. Again an overall great stay.
