Great property. Great location and view. Walked to almost everything. Only thing I would consider is upgrading the king mattress. Otherwise great place and would stay again
Greatly enjoyed our stay in unit 608. Condo was clean and good size for our family of 4. Kitchen appeared to be newly updated and helpful to be able to make meals in condo however there are plenty of restaurants in area to eat at. Parking free and easy. Location excellent along gulf and nice boardwalk outside condo. Short walk to beach and view from condo best part.
This was our first time to the area, so we werenât exactly sure what to expect. The condo was reasonably priced and had everything we needed, and wanted. (beautiful ocean view!) When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff, and the condo was extremely clean. We were more than pleasantly surprised.
We had read other reviews about the construction next door. It honestly did not bother us at all! We would definitely book this space again if itâs available!
What was great = the location
I wish = the unit was updated, Except the kitchen, it is worn in areas, bathrooms especially.
I wish = they would put area rugs or mats on the floor. 100% tile floor tracks sand and dirt from outside no matter what, even with shoes off! Swept the floor constantly to no avail.
Property manager and staff were nice and friendly.
What was great = beautiful view and beach front. Pool was nice too.
What a wonderful location. We were pleasantly surprised to be on a paved boardwalk strip with lots of things to explore within walking distance. It was unusually chilly for Florida during our stay so didnât get to enjoy the beach but my kids loved the heated pool and shuffle board. Some fun things we did was walked the mile to Johns pass, had scoops ice cream and sloppy Joe's as a fun hang out for us.
The only negative feedback I would say is the shower in the master was not great. We all used the second bathroom due to lack of water pressure and the spicket not working well. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely be back!
Overall, we had a great time and the location is perfection. Right on the beach, the view of the ocean, sunset, proximity to the beach... it doesn't get any better. Front desk staff was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in an hour early. The condo was decent, space was good, and it has all you need. With that said, it wasn't the cleanest place we've stayed. Counters were sticky, but I planned for cleaning everything due to COVID so I just wiped them down with my own stuff. I kept finding random hairs on couch pillows, bed pillows, bedding, in the bathroom. They were not hairs from my family, so that was a bit "ewwww" but we made the best of it. Balcony view was fantastic and we enjoyed our overnight stay. I slept on the couch because of my back, my husband said the bed was not comfortable, appeared to be really old. Would possibly stay again, but with the expectation that we'd deep clean the place first.
Property was great I saw other reviews complaining about construction noise next door but we were ok with it. Only thing Iâd say is I miss understood the shops and restaurants within âwalking distance â . Thereâs a few but not really convenient without walking along busy streets and they werenât very good . Not the fault of the rental though. We will plan on cooking more next time.
I'd like to start by thanking the property managers - they were wonderful to work with and helped make a not so great situation great.
We were initiailly booked to stay at the South Beach Condo. We checked in late and were woken up by construction going on right next store at 7am (eek). We went and had a conversation with the property manager and they offered to move us to their sister property, Surf Beach.
Surf Beach was awesome. Actually, both properties were great and fit our need for a 2 bedroom, 2 bad condo. The location for both properties was great right on the Treasure Island boardwalk.
I'd stay at both properties again (I'd check and see if the constuction is done next to South Beach first) and I'd definitely work with the managers of these properties, they were very helpful and incredibly easy to work with.
Loved the location and view from the balcony. The kitchen was a bit small but we managed to make a fabulous prime rib one night and Jambalaya another night!

Stay away!
Construction next door- 10â away. Tearing down old hotel. Work started early morning. Noise, dust and debris coming into pool area and our deck area. Front office refunded us last 2 nights that we didnât stay but we lost as had to pay a premium to find a last minute place to stay. We asked before we arrived and was told construction next door was complete. A blatant lie! Very disappointed and probable will not use VRBO again. Staff at facility was very understand and did all they could to assist,
Just finished a 5 day stay at South Beach Condo room 608. Property grounds are well maintained. Front desk has Free Beach Chairs. Can also rent umbrellas with two lounge chairs for the day from a guy on the beach for $30 a day. Free Beach Rides are great when they are available. The Beach Trolley people speak of rarely ran. It is free until June but due to lack of drivers we were never able to use. Uber is another option. Good eating options within walking distance. Bianca at Front Desk was extremely helpful!
